Heres my drawing from two weeks ago.. I drew for a company called ICEWORM.. you can check them out at http://iceworm02.tripod.com/ It is a group of performers, I am part of the company myself.. My bio is on the website as well.. Iceworm is an ASL (american sign language) performers that does many different things.. we all in ICEWORM has a "character" name I drew four characters in a perspective of superheroes..

your Joker looks more like a Jester lol

Lol! Yeah... The company, ICEWORM, asked me to make him not to look too much like the DC to avoid the copyright conflict.. :)

Lol!! Lol!!!! One thing I do have to say in my defense.. He's black.. ;)

Actually with heatwave, I was experimenting with the ink.. And it made it appear larger than life..

On saturday, I was cleaning my garage out with my brother, i found some of my old drawing which i thought was crazy because i thought i ve thrown them out.. and i was holding them again in my hands..

the first one was a picture of Deathblow which i did in High school in 1994..
deathblow.jpg

the second one was also from around the same time and I wanted the character battling eachother since they both were almost exactly the same.. Lobo from DC and Blood wulf from Image (that character was created by Rob Liefeld)..

Just now finished a picture of Punisher.. I was taking a break from studying for a exam.. :) hope you all like it and as usual, all my arts are open for feedbacks.. ;)

I am distracted by the extraordinarily large packages on your recently drawn characters.

LOL... Carnage is very cool to draw and very challenging.. I love all the challenges I could get! ;)

last night I drew a picture of Star Wars.. Ive had some struggles with making it dark since it was only in penical.. I do hope this shows well on the thread.. if you were curious what the words says on the bottom-- it says "The shroud of dark side has fallen."

I would love to hear feedbacks and critiques for this.. Thanks so much!!

SithXKosan, your stuff has some really good features. You are a great artist over-all, but I have to say I have some criticism.

Your characters, as stated before, seem made of dough. You give great detail, but that detail makes your characters seem old and somewhat, well, wrinkley. Almost as if they're melting. And some of your characters are a little too muscley. Like with the Punisher picture. He's got a whole lot of veins popping out on his left arm.

Though, I really love the anakin over the vader silhouette. And your Hulk vs Cap is really awesome.

Aquaman, thanks for your critiques.. I appreicate your feedback, I'll keep them in mind...

I admit that I've been trying to develop my own style, thus the details comes in and such.. I'm trying to create such an enviroment where the character doesn't seem like melting (a challenge for me).. :) I do though want my characters to look like they're made of dough since it will appear 3-D instread of 2-D but then that's my perspective..

Again, I do appreicate your feedback   , I'll attempt to improve the style.. After all there's no such thing as perfect drawing.. (Except for Da Vinci :D ) jk..

I agree w/ Aquaman; your art is top notch, except I think you get lost in the details . . . if this is how you feel stylistically, though . . . ride w/ it; your likenesses are very accurate, but I feel that some of the imagery gets lost in all the extra marks; if you toned down some of your linework, making other lines thinner than some, it would bring more depth to your pieces; right now the marks are actually making your rendering look more 2-dimensional . . . IMO

Keep it up, though!!

A lot of these drawing remind me of R. Crumb a bit, which is a compliment!!!!

Your artwork looks the best when less of the "lets put as many anitomically incorrect muscles as possible on this guy" technique is used. Afterall, you probably don't want to be the next Rob Liefeld.
