obviously many of you have skipped classes, but do you guys feel guilty afterwards? im skipping clas tomorrow because 1) our books have'nt arrived yet. 2) its a problem solving class(meaning on fridays the TA instead of the teracher will help us solve HW problems). without the books and its kinda of pointless to waste my time.

but i do feel guilty tho.

I never skipped a class until my senior year in high school. it was magnificent.

I've been skipping school/classes since I can remember...

I never really cared much...

I have skipped a lot of classes to....
The first couple of times I was affraid of being caught...
But afterwards I really did not care about it anymore

Skipping classes is no fun. It's when you say to the teacher that you are going to work in the library and then go off somewhere else.

The teacher will NEVER know. ;)

^ Exactly. ;)

I didn't skip lessons at when I was at school, but I did when I was at college, when the lessons were at their most pointless. I usually went to Wetherspoons with some friends instead.

If I already knew the things we were doing in the class that day I would skip it. I have better things to do than to listen to someone talk about things I already know.

I'm not gonna skip classes until senior year, but when I do it won't be often.

there's no point going if you are going to not pay attention.

saying this, in this cut throat world, there's no guarantee that someone won't screw you over when it comes to giving you the correct notes with assignment etc, so it's best to be safe than sorry.

the personal reason why i go is because it keeps me out of my house where i'm likely to be using electricity at peak rate and that's a big no no, especially when i can come and use university electricity for free.

Same here. That's the main reason why I've skipped classes in college so many times. I barely skipped in grade school, I just called in sick. Since my parents always worked when I was at school they'd believe me then tell the teachers to excuse me.

In college, I skip if we're just doing boring bullcrap.
