Well seeing as how this comic is the next big thing from image and is getting rave reviews....I would imagine a movie isnt to far behind.So with that said lets cast Shorty and the Baldy. If you don't know about Skullkickers imagine the world of Conan mixed with a lil Leathal Weapon and Army of Darkness

Big Guy/Baldy: Kevin Durand.
Kevin is big and tough and a decent actor when given the chance.He could play the calm cool Baldy with no problem.
Shorty: Ray Winstone
He would be perfect for the drawf with attitude.Add some long red hair and a thick red beard...maybe a lil movie magic to make him appear a little shorter and you got your guy.
