I figured with the long wait for season 3 we could guess on who could be part of Skye's powered team. I'm thinking it could be 5 or 6 members total.

That could be why they were originally planning to give Bobbie and Hunter a Spin-Off. No room for them with the new characters next season.

It would be nice to see some new powered folks show up. We should be seeing a good deal of them getting powers via Fish Oil. Maybe they'll let the show use Kamala Kahn?

Mockingbird and Hunter are going to be on the team. They should be anyway, as clearly there were plans for them going forward. Black Widow and Hawkeye are Avengers, so there is no reason to think that superhero teams can't have non-powered people....especially on a tv budget.

Deathlok SHOULD be on the team.

I would use Lincoln and Multiple Girl Or Whoever as casualties...people killed by the bad guy to set up the threat.

I'd then introduce a couple of new characters from the comics. Wasn't an actor claiming to be Speedball like a year ago????

I wonder what is going to happen to Simmons? Will she have powers when she gets free of the monolith thingie? Maybe her power will be that she can remove powers from inhumans if she wants.

Absorbing Man? Eh, how did you get the idea for him as a team member? He's never been portrayed as anything but a villain in AoS, just like he is in the comics. You'd probably have a better shot at Blizzard, who has done some bad, villaneous thing but at least got a sympathic backstory.

I'd make the team Quake, Deathlok, Mockingbird, May and Hunter. I'm not sure I'd want Multiple Woman on the team and I'd give Lincoln a couple of episodes early next season before killing him off.

One thing I would like to see would be an episode where Daredevil appears and is recruited by to be on the team, but at the end of the episode Matt respectfully declines saying that he needs to protect his city.

How about Jim Hammond the original Human Torch?
One of the problems I had with Agent Carter is they avoided introducing any 1940s supers. He was an easter egg in the original Captain America movie. He can appear in Agent Carter then have him frozen or something and thawed out by Sky's team.

They've got to get Multiple Woman back as a semi regular. She's so hot and deserves to be seen frequently.

And Lincoln said that they were just misguided, so Multiple Woman might not really have been a villainess as such, just allied with the wrong person because she thought she was actually protecting her people from a threat. When she eventually finds out that Jiaying was deceiving them all, hopefully she'll become a heroine.

But she needs a hero name, because we don't know what to call her.

Also, I thought that Skye would eventually call herself "Quake" after Mack called her "Tremors", or that Mack could've given her the nickname "Quake" right then and there.

Skye, Lincoln and Deathlok are very high possibilities.
Multiple Woman would be great. Having someone in a Spy Team that can be in multiple Locations at the same team is highly valuable.

I would not make the team much bigger. So you can have the regular Spy Team with Bobbi, Hunter, Fitz and Simmons (?) at the same time.

Leadership would be Coulson, May and Weaver with Mack supervising alien artifacts.

I hope they don't have Skye lead the team, I mean I like her character but she does not strike me as a leader of anyone. I'd rather have Mack as the leader and be infected with terragin-mist and gain some powers and then have him deal with his inhuman bigotry from the other side. I really hate the deathlok character because the actor is not real good and the look of him is a bit amateurish.

Here's the types of people you need in the series to be really good:

1. Leader: Has to be the heart and soul of the team, the morale compass for the team to get behind. he has to install the sacrifice for the greater good idea in all the rest. Suggest: Mack

2. the 2nd in command: this can be some sort of specialist that backs up the leader 95% of the times and be the person the rest will go to when the leader is on some insane crazy against all odds missions. Suggest: Skye

3. Tech expert: This has to be the person to bring all the sci fi elements to the party. This person is what allows the show to show off cool FX and great stage props. Suggest: New person that is a cross between human and machine or a android like the vision, or a peaceful Kree (see Mar-Vell) also would fit this well.

4. The Cleaner/Fixer: this person is the bringer of the pain in unpleasant ways. He will do the dirty work that the rest are to honorable to do. Think Jack Bauer. He wont say much but when your butt is in the crap, this is the guy you want at your back. He has socializing problems and dark moody attitudes but very loyal. Suggest: Asian Martial artist that can act decently

5: The Cowboy: This is the joker of the gang and is lighthearted, he likes to be flashy and always gets the Cleaner irritated although they become best friends. The cowboy does the wrong thing for stupid reasons and relies on luck and good looks to get him out of messes.

6. The needy person: All shows need the needy person that doesn't feel like they belong on the team or is not as good as everyone else but that person allows the rest of the team to look good and shows a good family dynamic.
Suggest: Anyone one will do. Easy spot to add the sex appeal but with Skye already handling that dept not necessary.

That's just my 2 cents

I don't see Deathlok joining the team. Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce was renewed for a second season and he's on that pretty regularly.

I can't see either Lincoln or Nameless Duplicator being team members. Their affiliation is to the Inhumans; just because Jiaying has been exposed as evil doesn't mean they are going to stop caring about inhumans first and foremost.

I thought her name is Alisha. It's just her codename which is non existent at the moment, which is why people refer to her as Multiple Woman/ Girl.
