Anyone else a fan of this awesome show? It really is very good....

The acting is pretty awesome, especially from the guy who plays Darwyn and Oded Fehr. I think it's kinda shocking too how brainwashed people can become, and how people twist words from a book to meet their own ends, which I think this show captures perfectly.

Anyone else a fan? I'm on the last disc of season two now...

I'm disappointed none of you here watched this...it's a good show. Like a more cerebral, intelligent version of 24. It's not quite as good overall, but it's definitly worthy of more of you watching.

Oh, I love Sleeper Cell. I liked that this past season had a new episode nightly instead of weekly.

I just saw the season final...and I'm a little confused.

Did Darwyn die at the end? And why can't their be another series? Darwyn might not be dead, and Farik survived...

I thought season two was excellent but I was hoping for more closure, though I like Darwyn's revenge.

No darwyn did'nt die. They left it pretty open. But it was a good series

I love this show...and i actually thought i was the only one because all the magazines give it poor reviews. I don't have Showtime but that had it under the 'Top Picks' section of the ONDEMAND menu. Once i saw the first few eps i was hooked.

Michael Ealy and Odar Fehr are top notch actors.

I haven't seen season 2. the last i saw was the end of season 1, where the white guy committed suicide by going out in a hail of bullets and explosion, and Odar Fehr's charcater got captured when the stadium bombing attempt went bad.

Can't wait to see what happens next.

You need to see season 2. I liked season one, but I LOVED season 2.

I really hope this show gets a third season.

The second season is really awesome. It's kinda like 24, in that it has good shocking twists, but with better characters and slower pace (a good thing though, as it means you don't get a lot of the cringeworthy stuff like that 24 with the cougar, or anything kim related).

Oded and Michael really are both stunning, but the whole cast are really good.

This season feels more like a long, epic movie rather than an episodic tv series. I think you will love it.

O.K i just finished watching eps 1-3 of season 2 and loved every minute of it!

Man, i'm no fan of the views of terrorists but Oded Fehrs torture/rescue episode was pure badass. I almost felt like routing for him while he was having that wire inserted into his urethra, then.... bam!...... his fellow commandos bust in and carry him out...very epic looking.

Btw. Michael Ealy who plays Darwin is from my home town, Silver Spring Maryland, and his girlfriend in the show Melissa Sagemiller is a Washington DC native. ...both right in my area.

I truly don't believe Darwyn died. They left it at the point where, if there is no season 3 then you can assume he did but it surely didn't show him die. Then Farik is still alive, as is Ilija (blonde bosnian/russian cell member from season 1). Pity what happened to Galye but Darwyn evened the score with Fariks wife!

I pray there is a season 3. The behind the scenes stuff gave indication that there might, but it's up to Showtime. In other words the producers wanted in no way to convey that this was the end, yet in case they don't get picked up for another season, the series has closure.

Still love the Farik rescue scene!

Yeah, the thing is, if Darwin dies, it still gives me pleasure to know that Farik will have to live with the pain. That was bad ass vengeance right there. I wonder if it will get picked up? I hope so.

Well, that's it for this thread. I heard that Showtime is NOT renewing the show, so no season 3 of Sleeper Cell. Damn, i hate those studio execs.

To be fair though, the show makers really should have tied it up more. I didn't like the finale...I mean it was great, and done well, but it should have tied things up more. It leaves way too many questions...

I saw the first 4 epps of season 1 they were really good. I don't have Showtime right now but when I do hopefully I'll be able to watch the rest if they are on Demand.
