Awesome! I just hope they end it with season 10. I want them to go into season 10 knowing it will be the last and not decide during the last few episodes. Although I remember them saying (right before S9) that they had stories for 2 more seasons, so I guess that's the plan.

As would I. Heck I don't even need to see him fly, just film a couple generic take off's and landing's that they can reuse. If they wanted a show about someone who can run fast they should have just made the Flash.

I share sentiment. At this point, I'm expecting more of the same sort of stalling that they've been pulling for years now unless something else major has been changed by DC and Warner Bros. approval. Until I hear some spoilers for next year, I'm at wait-and-see.

If that's right, that would be during the September sweeps, if they start earlier this season. Or they could push it to the November sweeps with a small fall hiatus. November is a more important sweeps month so I would imagine they might do that...

At the end of this season they will be at 196 episodes, so episode 200 would be episode 4 next season

first off i am extremely happy we got confirmation on season 10. I had the feeling it was to be this week. But glad to know its a go. I am sure it will be confirmed the finale season. Cant wait to we learn more details in the coming months on what they plan to do for tenth season.

Also yea i cant wait to see what they have in store for the big 200th episode. So many ideas it could be. But i hope its good. 100th/150th didnt disapoint me.

To be Honest I really didn't care for Reckoning. I thought the whole Clark dies but comes back to life and get his powers back but somebody has to die in his place plotline was crap.

10 seasons...wow!

I remember them saying that they had an ending for season 9 if the show didnt get picked up for another season - but for the proper ending they had all envisioned they really wanted that 10th season.

I am confident the show will go out with a huge bang and Im certain they will have Welling don the suit for the final shot (hopefully more than that - hell Id love it if he could spend the whole last episode as SUPERMAN!)
