What's a better film?

I'd have to go with SOAP since its not full of propaganda and racist crap.

Dude! You don't think throwing a black man on a plane with snakes, & then having him say Mutherf***er alot isn't racist! SOAP is a walking Sam Jackson stereotype! Thanks Dave Chappelle! I hope a f**king tiger owns yer a** in africa!

That was the most pointless movie I ever had to sit through.
so you havent seen any uwe boll movies?

At least Uwe Boll's movies have logical closure points. Soul Plane left me feeling used, cheap, dirty and confused.

Racist, huh? You do realize that everyone on that plane was either white or Arab?

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!1

I say Snakes is better because I'm sick to death of hearing about anything 911 related.

the fact you sat through the entire film, makes me question your station in life

Was anyone else pissed off at the way they made the one European guy on the plane in United 93 the biggest ***** ready to sell eveyone out? They dont know that he did that. The memories of our American heroes are the only things that will be credited here. I cant believe someone made that ****

Can someone clarify something with me about SOAP, am I looking to deep into the movie or was the fact that they had that chinese guy on the plane and that the audience was supposed to assume that he was part of the mafia, is it meant to be a representation of stereotypes like not all arabs are terrorists of such.

United 93. But they're not really the same type of genre at all.

You mean the kick boxer? I never assumed he was part of the mafia, I just assumed he was, you know, a chinese kick boxer. The fact that you assumed he was part of the mafia probably speaks more about you than it does the film makers...

I was certain at least one person would assume I was racist for saying that but whatever. The point is when we meet him i'm certain the drop in atmosphere hints at him being a dangerous man

What the heck you can't compare these films!

i AGREE you cant compare these films

one is about snakes on a plane and the other is about september 11th the only to things this film has in common is that they boht some how involve a plane

i don't know how you can compare the best movie in theatres at the moment to another movie about a plane.....

...SoaP wins by a landslide.

This is like comparing Cars and Christine because both have cars in them.

Haven't seen any of these, but if I should pick one to see it would probably be United 93. Which, I suppose, could be a sign I'm starting to get old... :(

one was snakes on a plane, the other was terrorists on a plane. the plot really isnt all that different from them, it's just the way each was handled.

In a documentry I watched about flight 93, one of the people belived to be key in the attempt to retake the plane was a homosexual rugby player. Was that changed in the film?

there was one dude who looked like a rugby player, but nothing about him being gay.....but then again, its not like his sexual orientation could have supported the story at hand in anyway, so there was no real purpose to bring it up....
