i say good riddance. if they were genuine in trying to find paranormal and supernatural people and events then i probably would've bought their stuff but their stuff is just ridiculous. the only thing i'm losing is a sense of not being as dumb as the people who really believe that publication, but i can get that from simply going to the mall...

Many here probably don't remember it, but when it started out, they tried to sound believable, like straight news and a few reports on amazing things that "the mainstream lacked the balls to cover" kind of thing.

Then, my friends and I enjoyed it.
But when they gave up and decided to go full-on obvious entertainment/ridiculousness, I lost interest.


It's like that Cartoon Steroids thread.
If it's completely non-believable, it's not funny.

I guess it's also like Pro Wrestling.
There actually was once a time where "Is it real or not" was a valid debate for some, believe it or not.
Now, wrestlers with magic powers and whole mini-soap opera episodes with multiple angles and cuts and crap.....I like it better when it tries to make the unreal seem real.
