So Ontarians, New Yorkers, and Michigan state representatives, are you all snowed in today? Currently I am trapped in my house and can only see about 10 feet out in each direction. Also my dad let the cat out this morning and god knows where he is :(. However I can't wait to watch a whole bunch of movies and stay in my pjs all day :). What do you all do when you're snowed in?

here's some info about how hard the GTA (greater toronto area) has been hit

I heard about that. We had to close down several facilities in the area. It's only lightly sprinkling rain here in West Virginia.

If it WERE to snow... I probably wouldn't do anything different than I already do.

It's hot as **** here in FL! :cmad:

I'm in Oregon. I'm not snowed in necessarily, but right now I'm at a house on a small mountain with LOTS of ice and hills and no chains. Go me! :csad:

Im snowed in and am glad. Im watching a movie and plan on watching more and more.

We got a decent dumping in Chicago, most of the schools are closed, probably cause it's the day before Winter Break. However, you can definitely get around.

It snowed here for about 10 hours before finally stopping a bit ago.

We only get 1-2 snows per year here in North Texas:( I think we will get more than that this year!!! I love the snow.

It's snowing pretty good outside here in Masachusetts. They say we wil get 10-14 inches where I am on the coast. It was enough that they cancelled my shift at work. Yay! :D Three day weekend!

damn you all in good snow free weather!:cmad:

Its never gonna stop here in stupid pa.:csad:

Snow is finally beginning to die down a bit here. I would say there is a good 1.5-2ft on the ground.

Hasn't snowed where I live in a few decades.

It snowed here one year like 10 years back a crap ton. Enough to pile together to make a pseudo igloo, drive down the streets with a car hood pulled behind a truck, and even skiing behind the truck. Good times, good times.

They closed schools, malls, and all city related non essential workers didn't have to go in to work today. I left about noonish.

Every year since then, we get a ton of ice and a ton of people who do not know how to drive on it.:csad::down

Here in Chicago we got a good amount. Not nearly as bad as I thought. But most schools and companies are closed anyway. Good to know we were going to take the day off no matter what.

Should've called up your special lady friend;

"Oh, the weather outside is frightful,
but the fire is so delightful,
so since we've no place to go,
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow"

lol should have.

too bad she went away for the weekend after work today.:yay:

I just finished shoveling about a foot of snow. Just the right amount.

I don't know what I hate more, shoveling snow or scraping the ice off my windshield. I should transfer to Arizona
