SO; Holly Robinson appearing alongside Selina Kyle in the upcoming movie. Yay or Nay?

Should Selina’s sometimes sidekick appear in Reeve’s new Batman movie?

If Catwoman isn't one of the leads, no need to bloat the cast.

If they have a scene she can appear in with Selina Kyle that makes sense go for it. She doesn't really even need to be named or feature into the central story in any way just give her something to do with the scene to create added layering and give the audience something to think about.

If so, then she better be named Holly. One thing that bugged me about TDKR is having characters from the comics but giving them different, or slightly different names. In this case, the Holly character was called Jen. And then you also had "John" Daggett (WTF?) and of course Robin John Blake. Look, I love the Nolan trilogy and I feel TDKR gets too much crap but this is one thing he did that I'll never understand.

It's like a weird inverse of Batman Begins where Flass is obviously more Bullock than Flass and there's characters like Commissioner Loeb whose only relations to their comic book characters is their names. Then in Dark Knight there's Stevens and Rameriz who are so obviously Bullock and Montoya, but aren't for some reason.

Yeah, some of those choices were strange. I guess they were amalgam characters? I suppose they didn't want to use Montoya since Ramirez ends up being kinda dirty. And the same with Bullock, since Flass is a dirty cop too and Bullock is a reformed dirty cop.

I hope not, because I want as few connections with the "Miller prostitute" take on Catwoman as possible.

I'd suspect Ramirez wasn't called Montoya because it would have pissed off comic fans if Montoya was made to be crooked.

Also Flass was pretty much Flass in personality, if not in physical appearance. A sleazy crooked cop with an uneasy "partnership" with Gordon.

Ramierez could have easily been Julia Lopez (detective from Gordon's unit hunting down the Hangman in Dark Victory) if not Montoya.

Flass was fine being Flass (though at the time, I thought he should definitely have been Bullock given the casting of the actor). Why Stevens wasn't Bullock was pretty dumb to me, and as frustrating as others have said.

Well, Bullock is generally a good guy (even if he wasn't always that way) and Flass is an all-around sleazeball, so it kinda makes sense. Unless BB Flass had some redemptive arc (and he didn't) I can understand not calling him Bullock.

I liked how she was used in Brubakers run. If it was along that vein, I’d be happy but she’s not necessary if the story doesn’t need it.
