It was going to be a hot sticky day so i figured it would be ok to crank out the lawn a bit earlier today. Plus i was tossing and turning all night and had a large coffee so i was ready to go at literally 6 but i held off out of courtesy but as soon as 7 rolled around i fired up the mower and began my work. My neighbor, who is usually cool, came out after about ten minutes and asked what i was doing. Wasn't it obvious i was cutting my grass. He seemed dissatisfied with my response and stammered off. Where i am from, when the sun comes up you are good to go with powertools, like 8am you are good to use heavy equipment like jackhammers and blasting equipment. Now he mad, won't talk to me. Was this my error?

No, you silly goose! Your neighbor probably had a bad night so he was a little cranky. You have every right to cut your grass at any time!

    And here....we....GO! :awesome:

Well your neighbor probably was hungover and probably didn't appreciate your cacophony. Maybe you could make it up to him with waffles and fried chicken.

No amount of waffles would calm that guy. Even with butter

So is your neighbour a great white shark or a reckless mountaineer?

I guess that means we shouldn't expect a new thread from him anytime soon?

How nearby do they live? I'd be pretty ticked off if someone woke me up at 7 in the morning with a lawn mower.

Surely I can't be the only one who feels a childish tingle of excitement everytime I see braincrusher has made a new thread.

It's like walking downstairs Christmas morning and seeing presents under the tree.

So the noise ordinance stated that after 8 a.m. you can pump up the volume, yet you were out there at 7 a.m.? Seems legit, carry on.

But you know what's better than him starting all these silly threads? Everybody asking follow up questions. :whatever:

I think he was just angry that you weren't mowing his lawn.

That looks like someone just vomited up half-digested lettuce.
