And one of the characters from Sons of Anarchy had a small cameo. It was the one fat prospect who came in during season 3.

I call it a cameo because he wore his club jacket and had the same motorcycle from the shown parked outside his house.

Made me laugh quite a bit.

Awesome.

Can you think of any other shows that have done this?

The only one I can think of is Det. John Munch from Homicide: Life on the Streets transitioning to L&O: SVU. Much more than a cameo, though.

COPS, the show had a large part of an episode of the X-Files. not anyone in particular, but pretty awesome. Also, Millennium finished up its own plot via the X-Files.

Oh yeah! The episode about the werewolf if Im not mistaken. That was an awesome episode.

I wonder why RH did it. Is someone behind that show a fan of SOA?

This show has a lot of cameos and call backs mostly to My Name Is Earl (and not just the actors but the characters and locations) but I remember seeing cameos from other series too, just not which ones off the top of my head.

Well, Raising Hope is on FOX and SOA is on Fx so having a crossover from series' on sister networks seems like something they could do if the creators wanted to.

Im still kind of disappointed that Monk and Psych never did crossover episodes since they were both based in California.

You heard of the Tommy Westphall Universe? Basically, it means that St. Elsewhere, Cheers, Homicide, the Law and Orders, Chicago Hope, Arrested Development, Frasier, Wings, etc. all share the same canonical universe.

The really mind-screwing-up one is the connection between Community and Cougartown.

What about the old Seinfeld and Mad About You connection. I still maintain that SOA and The Shield take place in the same universe though, don't care if Juice was watching The Shield on tv in jail or not. The Cougar Town/Community one is awesome though. Had no idea about the other ones above though! Cheers and Arrested Development AND all those others? WHAAAT?!

Mad About You also had a crossover with Friends.

NBC used to do mini crossovers all the time. Mad About You caused a blackout that Friends reacted too. Lea Thompson appeared as her character from her show (don't remember the name) on Friends and Chandler appeared on her show.

ABC did it too way back in the day on their TGIF block with Urkel showing up on Step By Step and Full House

Dharma and Greg had a cameo on two and half men

Yep, so we know that at least Family Matter, Full House, Step by Step, and Perfect Strangers all "co-exist". I've seen every Boy Meets World multiple times, but I can't remember any crossovers from other shows off the top of my head.

Mr. Drummond, Arnold, George and Weezie were also on Fresh Prince. And Different Strokes >> Facts of Life. And Jeffersons >> All In the Family >> Archie Bunker. So all those 6 shows are connected now.

Boy Meets World crossed with Sabrina the Teenage Witch.

Not exactly the same, but it made me laugh.

The Simpsons and Family Guy have had crossovers as well. This season Homer voiced by Dan Castellaneta was on Family Guy. Oh and House was on Family Guy one episode too. And Ted and Barney from HIMYM and Lenord and Sheldon from TBBT.

Well hell Bart was on South Park if you wanna go that route
