Will Avengers 4 fill in the gaps or perhaps Ant Man and The Wasp (allude to it)?

I'm curious what Cap and his gang were doing since they were on the run. What kinda adventures were they on?

Same with the current Avengers. Did the accords limit the actions Iron Man and War Machine were able to take on? Was it just the 2 of them and Vision on missions? Did they ever consider filling the ranks?

some questions I'd like to speculate on.

Likely nothing of note.

It doesn't really matter, honestly. You've got the events of Panther and Wakanda opening up, which would be the prime event in-universe.

Cap & Widow & Co were probably just out there taking down lower-tier bad guys rearing their heads across the world, terrorists or guys with leftover Chitauri tech and stuff. Tony probably doing what he could on similar matters, with the government's blessing.

Then there's the Vision/Wanda bailing and living the quiet life.

But sounds like nothing major, aside from Wakanda.

I read the Prelude book...
i do not know if the prelude book can be considered a canon, but in it, it tells the gap between 2 years starting from Cap rescuing Sam, Lang, Barton immediately after the struggle with Iron Man. (At the ending of Civil War)

From that, Cap, Falcon, Widow has gone over the world (in black op, Metal gear style) taking out terrorist who wants to get its hand on Chitauri technology.

While Tony has making a new suit (which i can assume it is the nano suit seen at the beginning of the movie)

And...Wong and Strange has briefly talk about the Infinity Stones during the event where Thor has come to the Sanctum (during Ragnarok movie).

I know this movie is jam packed already, but one little small nitpick is that I would of liked maybe 1 or 2 more scenes related to the accords. We could have had one with Stark & General Ross or something at the start before the scene of Tony & Pepper in Central Park when Strange comes to seek his help.

I thought this film did a good job of that.

Yeah I too wonder what went on with Scott and Clint during that time

They explained that they both took a plea bargain. Clint presumably is with his family and we'll get more on Scott with Ant-man and the Wasp

Yeah I know that but at the same time that doesn't mean that Clint wouldn't still be doing his thing especially in that time frame if they needed his help and that is true with Scott so it makes me wonder how he and Hope will even fit in in Avengers 4

So, was it 2 years since Civil War?
who was funding Cap, BW and Falcon to continue their Avenging?

Unless they decided to go rogue entirely and do their own Avenging wherever needed basically becoming mercenaries

T'Challa's rich. Maybe he bankrolled them when the Stark money dried up.

It would make sense for T'Challa to bankroll them as far as funding since he is just as rich probably more rich than Stark because of the fact that he is a King of a country so he would probably be apprised of everything that they do or have done

maybe but you are adding more than whats there. What was given in IW was suffiecent enough to explain Clint's time since CW. He had already retired and was just a family man prior to that film taknig him out. He went to jail and risked losing it all. He got a second chance so its not inconceivable that he would focus on his family considering he nearly lost the chance to be with them

I guess you're right but then yeah Scott has a daughter too but he gets put on house arrest or will be. Then during the course of Scott's sequel it begs the question of how he and Hope will get involved/contacted going forward.

Now that makes sense.

It'd have been great if it was brought up in the film.

That he showed up with an arm and a gun for the White Wolf/Winter Soldier and had announced his intention to go beyond War Dog black ops missions to save slaves on his borders I just connected the dots. The other possibility is Nick Fury and Maria Hill had a store from which they recommissioned the helicarrier to buy bullets and quinjet fuel
