So when am I getting Dick Tracy on bluray?

I'm tired of waiting!
I was promised a Vista Series DVD a long time ago, and it never came.
I'm seeing all kinds of crap released on bluray, but not Dick Tracy? THAT'S BS!
Yeah, I love this movie with all my heart.
Imagine how this would look on bluray....*sigh*
