In the script they say it's VORTEX who crushed the Mars Rover. And Vortex, of course, is BLACKOUT. So yeah, they DO address it in the script.

I think it's just a generic Transformer. I mean the footage isn't gonna be in the film, plus by the time the teaser was made i doubt the designs were final.

if you think about it and compare the pics with the movie still of the split second we see the transformer I think its bumblebee.
