Either way, I'm totally calling Cap out on his totally moral bankrupt nature to FORCE Frank into the fold, into his "army" and make him do what he wants, under Cap's command. I mean, who does Cap think he is, siding with a man who admittingly is only there to make sure the war ends quicker, so he can get right back to killing?

I would do exactly what Cap is doing, he isnt forcing Frank on the team, but he is telling him that if he chooses to side with the resistance that he must do it Cap's way or the highway.
