Someone keeps phoning my place, then hanging up. Its creeping me out!

I can hear them breathing on the other end... I answer the phone & say Hello twice...... there is only silence, then they hang up... its happened twice today already, once yesterday & once a few days ago.....

I had that problem about six months ago, someone kept calling my cell phone and hanging up, dumbasses didn't realize cell phones have caller ID though, so I kept calling back.
