The PS3 has already been qualified as a PC in Europe because it is one more or less. Unlike the PS2, the PS3 has a fully upgradable hard drive, the Linux OS with basic software support, the ability to write your own programs using the Linux OS and the hardware, and is fully capable of supporting web browsing, downloading and storage.

This too, is old news.

Sony lost its appeal this week in a decision that denies the company a €50 million (£34 million) rebate on import duties. Lord Justice Chadwick said Sony's legal team had given a "skeleton argument" and had cast "repeated aspersions" on the High Court Judge who presided over the case.
