Spectacular Spiderman returning to USA

we already known that for awhile now weezerspider. I said this before i think disney xd is doing it all wrong. Since its premiering on a monday night they should have taken the sunday before its premiere on the channel and do a day long marathon of all of season 1 so then we are ready to go with season 2 the next day. Then we wouldnt be so far behind the canadian airings.
 
I think that somehow it is a better choice to secure a future for this show on that canal. Not everyone would know if they just started with the second season. The first 13 episodes may serve to reunite the previous audience and establish new for season two.
Now this McDonald's campaign also... I think that there is a hope for season 3.
 
This is ridiculous. I've already got the first season on DVR (and am waiting for the full season DVD). The wait on the Disney XD airing is ****ing annoying.

Just encourage me to DL the eps, why don't you. :down
 
^LOL...I agree. I have all of season one episodes on my Tivo. It sucks that we have to wait until summer for season two. But at least we get to see it online! :yay:
 
well since they are going to do a 3 episode a day per mondays if thats what the article said they could have the first season finished around april 13th so at the earliest they could start airing season two april 20th though the yahoos at disney xd are probably going to take their sweet time and we wont season season two in the states to june.
 
Disney is the new permanent home for the show so it makes sense to do things right and start from the beginning. Yes, it's a pain for you guys in the States that don't watch on line but I think it makes sense given the show has been all over place in the past and hasn't had a chance to really build a regular audience.
 
i know all of us want the 2nd season

but i am sure there are kids who havent watch them...it will be a start on march

yet almost everyone here have seen it online so not so much of a big deal


how much disney just order the 3rd season...its no brainer that the 2nd season will have good ratings
 
Even though i knew about this, it still gets me mad. However, as I have said, thankfully we got to see the episode online.

That's the problem... All fans and kids need to do is a few clicks on You Tube and they can have all the new Spectacular Spider-man they want.

Bad approach to airing the episodes in my opinion... unless they are airing season 1 over the course of two weeks or something as a build up.
 
I just hope Disney XD orders season three. Once that happens, I'll be so happy!:yay:
 
Yea thats why i wish season 2 was airing right off the bat on disney xd so then after like 2-3 episodes they see ratings are good for the network and then give the call to sony/marvel they want more for the show. So then its less time to get back crew members who were already laided off awhile ago back before they are loaded up on to much other jobs. Because it would blow if they wait to long and then give the call and none of the crew is able to come back and it could ruin the show if someone else takes over.

Agreed. Why won't Sony just give the greenlight for season three? I know they want to see the ratings and all that, but honestly, this show is really good! I want at least Greg, Victor, and Sean to come back.

i agree

Sony can spend first then get the back money after disney order

it makes sense for spec sm to continue especially towards 2011 where the spidey projected movie is coming out...

plus we are already getting lots of spec sm merchandise now only to end because of there is no season 3

ordering s3 now is a good investment
 
yea sony/marvel/disney are being fools right now.
 
yea maybe things could change after season 1 does start airing on disney xd.
