Spider-Man 3 or Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer?

I actually enjoyed Rise of the Silver Surfer more & I think it's the better film. I loved Spider-Man 3 too but it could've been much better. It was kind of like a chick flick whereas Rise of the Silver Surfer got right down to it & didn't have too much emotional stuff. If Spider-Man 3 had more scenes with Venom & more of an explanation for Harry's venture into New Goblin, it would've probably ended up being the better film.

Spider-Man 3 by far.

I liked Fantastic Four: Rise of The Silver Surfer too but too bad it moved way too damn fast and was too short. Still didn't get Doom 100% right.

Both had their flaws but Spider-Man 3 is the better movie. FF was barley even a sequel. It was just too short.

I disagree....SM3 was the biggest disappointment of the year for me...and I wasn't even that excited for it. It sucked so bad, it was like a made for tv movie with slightly better SFX...and yes the SFX sucked for a movie with 250 million dollar budget.

FF2 was not perfect but I enjoyed it more...maybe because the first was so bad that the only way the franchise can go is up.
If SM1 and SM2 were terrible maybe I'd like SM3 more :\

Imo Transformers beats both of these movies.

Why is this even open to debate? Anyone who reads the comics will tell you that Fantastic 4:ROTSS sucked for many reasons. First of all: SS getting his powers from the board? Come on, man.
Second: Surfer beats Galactus at end of movie. It seemed like he did it without really even trying. He basically just said, "Hey, I'm not working for you anymore. Die." It was stupid. They should've just had Reed make the ultimate nulifier like he did in the comic.
Third: Doctor Doom was STILL not portayed in the manner he deserved. He's the ultimate Marvel villain. Get somebody who KNOWS this to play him. not the dude from "Nip/Tuck".

Though I prefered and enjoyed Hostel 2 to all those films.

I haven't seen Hostel II yet, but I gotta disagree with you on the Transformers thing. Transformers was a better (not MUCH better, but still sequentially better) film than Spider-Man 3.

Actually opinions do mean more coming from one person to another. When some idiot says:

There is no way any rational person could say that about the effects. It's just downright stupid. It's not whether someone likes it or not, it's the way they express it. When a little kid embelishes his thoughts in order to look cool, it's not an opinion, it's just silly. So opinions do mean different things coming from certain people.
