Spider-Man 3 Screening at Tribeca Film Festival

That’s right. Spider-Man 3 -in all its blockbustery glory - will probably be screening as part of the Tribeca Film Festival. Seems a shame to me that such a classy festival has to ruin things by going overboard with a big PR stunt for a film that’s going to make a fortune anyway.
Last year they had Tom Cruise taking all kinds of ridiculous transports to get to the Tribeca screening of Mission: Impossible III, this year they’re possibly having back to back to back screenings of all three Spider-Man films. Maybe they could also have Tobey Maguire swing into the screening using actual spider webs?

Edit: Wait a minute. Your thread says "early" screenings. How do we know that the SM3 showing at the Tribecca festival is "early". Perhaps it comes out day and date with the movie release. My thread is for "all screenings" not limited to "early" screenings. Therefore I win.

Yeah, I'll most likely be seeing the midnight showing May 3rd. It kind of sucks though because I work Mon-Fri at 3 AM so I'll have to see the movie and head to work right after. No sleep for me because I'll be too hopped up on Spidey.

I'll be seeing it on Friday after classes. Wish I could catch a midnight showing, but I have a quiz and a paper due on Friday. As soon as I'm done with that, though, I'm off to the theater!

Why, "Pirates 2" and "300" has lots of bad reviews, and people seem to love these films and they've made a ton at the box office?
