Well I was fighting Harry (when I restarted w/ the black suit) and I went in there.. You just gotta find it. I assume it's still open. Look long and hard gents.

I've looked and looked and I can't find it.

Keep beating all the missions you have on your screen up until you get a mission saying "Sandman" and then you get it.

I just beat the game! But I have a question, are you supposed to fight Sandman as Harry? Cause I did, but i remember seeing a commercial, and it was Spider-Man facing Sandman.

Ive been wanting to rent this game for the 360, to anyone that has the 360, how is the gameplay? Is the button configuration kind of tricky or is it pretty easy to use? Also, are the combo moves with different button combinations? Oh, and one last thing......I REALLY hope the game is much better than the movie. I was severely disappointed in the movie.....too much going on for one movie......but that's for another thread...sorry! t:

In the PS2 and Wii versions, I believe you play as Spider-man to fight Sandman

I have held off a Spidey gaming experience [as i only have a PS2- dont want to blow my cash on a B.A.D game now, do i?]- can anyone with next gen [ps3/xb360] tell me if NY has a distinct 'city' feel to it?

It actually does. I spent the last 2 years living in New York City, and despite the city being condensed, i can actually sort of tell where I am just by the lay out of the buildings and what not.

It feels much more like NYC than spider-man 2 did. I went back and played 2 and was amazed at how unlike NY it is compared to S-M3

tnx, but how many possible missions do you have w/ the black suit before you take it off?

You get it on the sandman mission and lose it after the MJ scare ride.

Between that is a good amount of missions, depending on what you have already done like the gangs and such, anywhere between 10-20 missions i think.

You only get 4 new missions after taking the black suit off. Doctor Conners parts 1 and 2, Scorpion part 3 (or 4, i don't remember) and The Grand Finale.

So when you get that suit and see how many out of 42 missions you;ve beatin, you can do the math.

But once you beat the game, you can go back and play the entire thing as black suit spider-man

In the giant Sandman battle on the PS2 version Spider-Man & Harry Goblin work together but you don't get to play as Goblin himself. In the end Harry flies into giant Sandman & sacrifices himself which was useless since Sandman is still alive at the end of the game. Haven't seen the movie but isn't Harry supposed to die during the Venom battle?

Damn, he's tough (the only boss I have found hard)

It's all I need to do before the final battle.

All the fights are exactly the same. Dodge when prompted and then hit X.

i'm not liking using harry to defeat sandman after you fight venom with spidey first... he keeps using his hammer and killing me

fly up and right, stay above sandman and keep moving to the right, he can not hit you at all. Just keep going in circles and find the bombs that reach his head. He honestly can not make contact with Harry.

The trick to defeating Rhino is knowing when to stay away from him. Use the spider reflew and dodge to run around and attack him from behind. Then when Rhino enters rage mode and is about to do his smash jump quickly web zip away to avoid the blast. Then attack him again. When he charges at you I used web yoyo until he ran out of steam.

With Sandman too, as Geo said, stay up above Sandman and keep circling him. Also use the special attack where you throw 3 bombs as they usually hit his head and both his arms and they do more damage. Power up your bombs(hold down the button) before you throw them, so they get some distance and actually reach Sandman. With the Sandstorm afterwards you have to be VERY quick with the buttons!

I'm playing the game on 360 and I got to play as Harry to deafeat Goblin. was that supposed to happen? Cause I never got to fight Sandman as Spidey.

What system are you playing the game on?

If it's for the 360, he's pretty easy.

All you have to do is wait till he get a pillar, judge twice when he tries to hit you, and then judge the final attack. When you dodge the final attack, you'll get the option to click the "B" button, and then Spidey will do an attack of his own. Also, attack Rhino from behind, he's more vulnerable there.

I thought that too, but he was really fun to play. It took me forever to get to Spidey, cause I was fooling around with the hover board so much. I really wish was an exclusive for the 360.
