Funny isn't it...the one time Sam gives the fans what they ask for, they dislike the movie. Goes to show you something...

I haven't seen it yet so I'm staying away from the spoilers thread. I'm actually thinking about taking a break from the forums until I get to see it because alot of people are posting spoilers here too.
 
I hope it's Carnage and Lizard and would love a return of Venom too, but rather not see Black Cat in a film.

Yeah seriously, that guy needs to stop fronting like Sam Raimi doesn't care. The only reason there was even a Venom in the film was because producers kept telling him that was who the fans wanted. Even though I haven't seen the movie yet(I'm going tomorrow for by birthday) I do think he should have done what he orginally planned to do instead of giving in and using the Venom suit. Or he could have shot 3 and 4 back to back with Brock getting the suit at the end of three and appearing in 4 along with another villain.

That site was correct about the Spider-Man 3 villians so you is probably 95% true at this point....

Now lets not SCREW up Spider-Man 4 OK ...
 
Anyone could just say three random villains and call it breaking news. And besides, doesn't everyone basically already now that Lizard is going to be the/a villain in the next movie?
 
I think Bill Pullman said it best in Independance Day -- "Isn't it amazing how quickly everyone can turn against you?"

I bet Sam Raimi is thinking the same thing right now.
 
No doubt he is. This movie wasn't awful, but it didn't live up to its hype or outshine its predecessors. That's why everyone is coming down on it.

Well, after 3 movies with Doc Connors (even if he was only mentioned in SPidey 1), it's kind of a logical continuation to have him become the lizard.

And I don't agree with that site, Raimi gave the fans what they wanted

Yeah they were the first ones to officially announce venom in the film...so everyone calling bull**** calm down :whatever:
 
No Carnage (without an R-rating, it wouldn't work) and no Black Cat, she's a horrible Catwoman replica.

I'd go with THE LIZARD and KRAVEN or ELECTRO.
 
We just had Venom. Now Carnage? It would be repetitive. I think we should have the Lizard and that's it. Two villains in one movie would not do the the villains justice. And please keep Raimi. He only gave what the fans wanted. It's not his fault that some of fans don't know what they want.
 
Unless the movie makes Gwen Stacy become Black Cat, then I see no purpose whatsoever. It would make Gwen Stacy's introduction in Spider-Man 3 completely useless.

And, uh ... No Carnage, please. Not now.
 
Looks like the symbiotes are determined to take down spider-man,the spider-man franchise that is.
