I get it, but at the end of the day Sneider worked for the trades and knows about properly sourcing a story, unlike every aggregator online that can barely read and then they make up their own headlines.
Recently, wasn't it puck news that said a batman game was in the works based off of Reeves' batman. Then Gunn said it was untrue. I'm pretty sure he worked for one of the major trades so I don't think he would have just made up a story like that. So is he a liar? Not necessarily, it could be that a game was in the works and was eventually scrapped and his source had information that was old.
Things change all the time in Hollywood so it's not really that big of a deal if a story is wrong. The question is more if the reporter makes up a story or actually has sources. Jeff has gotten a number of stories right. So with all things, when dealing with rumours I take them all with a large grain of salt until they are announced.
