Comics Spider-Man comic book giveaway!

I just wanted to let everyone know that my local newpaper is giving away Spidey comics with each purchase of the Sunday paper! The first appearance of our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man was in last Sunday's paper and came tucked in the advertisement section around the funnies. They are having the promotional masterpiece from August 20th-December 17th.

Stick a fork in me, I'm done!

Also, the New York Post is giving away Spidey comics every Thursday. So far, they've had AF #15 and half of ASM #1.

Yeah, they're comic sized. Dunno why ASM was split in half, though...and apparently they're goin' fer 47 weeks. At least that's what my boys at Spiderfan said...so we'll see. Ya missed th' first two, but if so desired I could pick up extra copies to send off to ya like I'm doin' fer a couple Spiderfan guys, Kaine. Yer call.

I got mine in the paper yesterday. Pretty cool, I guess, even though it's just a reprint (and I've got the Masterworks), but...

Now I have a comic copy of this, and that's always good. I'm bagging it, and getting the next one next Sunday.
