Far From Home Spider-Man: Far From Home Spoilers Discussion (Spoilers for Endgame as well)

No. Returning them doesn't cancel those timelines it merely stops them from being corrupted by the dark forces the ancient one talked about. So it is those corrupted realities that are cancelled as they are never let to be in the first place.
Er...not sure how this differs entirely from what I said. I said returning the stones doesn't automatically repair a divergent timeline. Hell even the act of them time traveling technically could create a divergent timeline with their presence in the past.

You said that they would be cancelled out if the stones were returned to the moment they were taken (with the exceptions you mentioned). That isn't correct.
They were returned to the moment they were taken to stop those realities turning bad due to being vulnerable to dark forces.

If we go with the multiverse theory they didn't even create new timelines. They just visited an alternate reality that's history had them visiting and doing the things they did.

It doesn't really matter anyway. Just bored.

So based on an interview I saw and implied spoilers, I think one of the post credit scenes somehow references the Raimi movies using the multi-verse. I don't think we see Tobey but maybe the raised webbing suit?

Changing the thread title to make it more clear FFH spoilers will happen in this thread

Can someone please send me legit spoilers for this movie? Or more particularly what the end credits scene is?

I really hate the mcu spiderman and had no plans watching this movie. But I heard garfield and maguire might be in this movie which will definitely get me to see the movie.

So you haven’t actually seen the movie?

I know comics are a different story but the guy got a funeral on screen. They should let him Rest In Peace and only reference him like FFH seems to be doing.

Same here. Can someone PM me what the post and end credits scenes are? Pretty please?
Thank you! :)

Yeah, that would be an odd path for them to take after he just sacrificed himself to save the universe. Not to mention RDJ seems done with the character for now.

That post credit scene leak sounds like awful/hopeful fan fiction.

None of what is being reported in here is the post credit scene for FFH

Jk Simmons back as J Jonah Jameson?
That's the other rumor I've heard. It would be such shameless fanservice, though, and personally speaking I don't get what would be so exciting about it.

JJJ is back. It seems that's one of the twists.

Now, if that means it's a multiverse, then Raimiverse and MCU are colliding?

JK Simmons coming back as J. Jonah Jameson would be brilliant. They don't even need to explain it. It could work just like Judi Dench still playing M after the Casino Royale reboot works.
Huge WTF moment for sure

JK Simmons has also voiced the character in countless other animated shows.

It also seems Adrien brody is in the movie, but I don't know if that's real or who is he playing.

This is all really funny becase just a few hours ago, some users in the non-spoiler thread were talking about how much better MCU Spider-Man is compared to Raimi's. Well, now it seems like Raimi's Spider-Man is gonna be canon to the MCU? The irony

I've heard that he's playing Osborn.
