There doesnt seem to be a topic here about the Spider-Man fever mini that was released recently. With the return of Ezekiel to ASM, I thought some people might wanna know what happened in Spider-Man Fever.

As most people know, Ezekiel was all about Spider-Man's powers being spiritual. SPider-Man Fever kinda backs that, with his powers having magical origin.

I just bought issue #3, so will sit down and read them in one sitting... :word:

:yay:

Aloha,
Very trippy story arc.And it does play into the whole Spider totem theme of Ezekiel.

Hey Donald! Sorry I didn't get back to ya sooner - Been supa crazy the last couple years and net socializing got a lot harder for me.

U get my last mail my man? :-)

Just so u know guys, I was just asking u all as I was about to meet Brendan McCarthy that week and I hadn't read the book. I just wanted to find out how he treated my fave character.

Great to hear it went down so well, Brendan seems like a cool guy too.

FYI Donald - He's actually completely straight edge. Been with him a few times where lots of artists and comics peeps were partying and doing all sorts. He's only interested in having a cup of tea.

Apparently Ditko was the same......

Crazy!

Aloha Mate,
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Yes, I did get the email much thanks.Fever was a good read. Spidey and Doc Strange go way back to Amazing Annual #2 as well as Untold Tales. Brendan did a great job of capturing the Ditko-esque feel of Dr. Strange.Fever also falls within the Totemistic aspects of Spidey. Not your usual Spidey but he made it work.

I got the trade of this and haven't really got a chance to read it yet but the book is just visually stunning. I've just got too caught up in looking through the artwork and then forget to read it. I will get to it soon enough!
