"Young adult Spidey balancing his duality" YES!!!

While that could be true. It could be that they think they may be able to get it by like early 2018 but are just not sure and need a few more months to really now for sure or not. Maybe by like Tokyo game show time or something they will have a better idea or something.
That was clearly Arkham combat.I can understand the QTE part but the rest I have to disagree with the web swiging looked a lot like the movies and the combat showed a lot of agility didn't fell like batman combat at all.
I missed this tidbit. That's great news. Superhero games don't explore this aspect, I guess apart from Telltale's Batman game. But it'd be much better in an open world like this."Young adult Spidey balancing his duality" YES!!!![]()

This game was actually really stressing me out because I thought I might have to buy a PS4, but now this gameplay came out and...wow, was that not at all what I want out of Spider-Man game!
First of all, the player doesn't seem to have much control over Spider-Man. That alone would be enough to kill this for me. Seriously, the combat looked like 80% QTEs and the webswinging actually looked somewhat worse than games we've had before. Why does this keep happening? Spider-Man 2 and Ultimate Spider-Man both had such great webswinging and they are like 10 years old.
Then the companion or whatever (Yuri?) that chick managed to annoy me in like a five minute trailer so I can only imagine how irritating she'd get for a whole game. The HUD has markers and highlights over everyone's heads and around all sorts of objects. Distracting, ugly, and just there to create scripted, boring combat. Combat that also seems very slow and jerky. Spider-Man should be fast and sloppy, not a stealth brawler like Batman. What they are doing is a mismatch for the character in my opinion. Also, none of Spidey's jokes were good and one actually made me cringe. Very forced.
Miles delivers the dagger at the end. Maybe his presence excites some people but I've just been waiting for this kid to go away already.
I will say I like the costume and the graphics are fantastic. But those things are the frosting, not the cake.
Different moves, particularly with the webs, but it's clearly Arkham inspired. Which isn't a bad thing. It's a system that works.Didn't fell or look like it to me at all. The movment and agilty looked much much different.
Hot damn this game looks good. At first I thought the combat looked way too slow (due to spider sense), but I like the speed of it in some of the later moments. I'm hoping they continue to fine-tune it to make it feel far more organic, similar to the free flow combat of the Arkham games.
Also: anybody know who the voice is? I actually really like the way he sounds.

So have we heard if we are going to get any more of this game tomorrow or during the rest of E3? Like any more game play shown or any interviews with insomniac or any thing?

What do people think of the white chest emblem now?
Yes, they're featuring a segment tomorrow on Marvel's channel around 4:30 Eastern time. (I believe)
Then Insomniac recently tweeted that they'll be having the a live game demonstration in one of the theaters for the rest of E3. They're going to have multiple QA testers play it to show the different play styles you can achieve in this Spider-Man title.

As it should be. Insomniac were clearly inspired by it. With good reason. They know what they are doing.
I like that they are giving him a different suit. Really brings home the notion that this is its own universe, much like how the Arkham games are. With that said, I do hope we get plenty of alts.
While inspired and being a copy is a big difference and yes it does work.
And the best part is it's Spider-Man doing that. He deserves this so much. From every mediocre to horrible game hes been in to now having by far THE best game at an E3 is just incredible. It's just awful it's taken this long for the character to get the game he deserves.
