This is easily the best Spider-man novel I've read. Jim Butcher has a perfect understanding of how to write a intelligent and funny Spider-man. The one liners were coming from every angle and the characterization of each character is spot on. His marriage with MJ and his relationship with Black Cat are written beautifully.
It's just non stop ride and the final battle was great.
Anyway, anyone who hasn't picked this up yet really should. Especially now with so many people upset at how Spider-man is being "handled".
This writer really knows Spider-man.
