Me to, though I have no problem with voting on things.I hope this time it's for real
i'm not saying that i have a problem with voting, but it been a couple of months now and i think it times for a new trailer.Me to, though I have no problem with voting on things.
sorry ive been away for a while and do not have time to look through the threads...can anyone update me with like a fact sheet for this game or something..
Who you can be?...what you can do?...free roam?...characters?...storyline anything?...release date?
These guys'd get excited if it was counting down till Stan Lee said "No trailer fo you, beyotch.", and if he'd be dressed as Spider-Man it'd be the next greatest thing since diapers. It's been said before that the timer was for voting. I dunno why do you guys get so hyped when a new one starts.

I can't wait until tommorow for new voting or maybe even a new trailer.![]()

No clue.WTF are they doing?
They're probably laughing their asses off, at us.WTF are they doing?
Funny 'cause it's true.

I think the look on the site and in the trailer are the same. the eyes and the web desgin are the same as sm3 but it's kinda like some of the recent toys habro has brought out. u can tell a figure was roiginaly a movie figure but they re-painted it and changed the back spider symbol to make it look like the comic versionyou know for some reason in my head....I could really hear Stan The man saying that. haha
but on another note I think these guys are having behind the scenes problems...
especially when you compare the ultimate spidey and spidey 2 promo websites to this situation...
Its sad when I have to come to the hype to find out when new voting is occuring....
ughhhhh. we haven't even gotten another screenshot yet! and its been slightly over a month i think. I have a feeling spidey won't look like he is on the site. if you look at his back on the trailer he looks real comic bookish....but on the site he looks too movie-ish....i like the movie suit but its time to return to the true classic!
I was really hoping for them to use the ultimate spidey graphics...it would look AMAZING on the ps3. and the ps2 ports wouldnt be so bad either. those graphics still hold up pretty well.
What's really the big difference between the movie and comic suit, besides the spider on the back?True.
as long as its a good game though, it won't hurt the experience for me...
but its time to let the movie look go...lol.
these guys know what a real Spidey comic suit looks like...look at how flawless Ultimate Spider-man was.
however,
If they choose to go with a near movie suit look. i think its because of the type of nitty gritty 3d realistic world feel they are going with.
What's really the big difference between the movie and comic suit, besides the spider on the back?
Well, those are mostly elements to make it appear better in 3D, but otherwise they aren't that different, except for the spiders insignias. From a stylist perspective, they're totally different. The movie suit was geared to be far more modern, a present-day spin on a classic, iconic image. The webbing is black, but glossy, in order that it might give a silver tone when illuminated on-screen. The webbing is also raised off of the suit's fabric, giving a dimension that wasn't seen in the comics to the suit. The spider is also far more anatomically correct in the movie suit. It has fangs, multiple joints on each of its legs, and a sectioned body. Plus, you can see the modernly inspired elements to it (ie, the curves in the outer legs). In the interests of simplicity, the comic suit had two circles, and four lines bent at right angles. Also, the coloring of the movie suit features richer and more vibrant reds and blues.
Other than that, not a whole lot.
A good comparison shot is featured in Secret Invasion # 1. You see [blackout]the modern-day Spider-Man with movie influences facing off against his counterpart from the 60's through the 80's.[/blackout]
