Of course, what would our favorite ol' superhero be without his Spider-sense?
Dead. About a hundred times over. And we don't want to die.
It was discussed about infrared/motion sensors, but they would give us very little reaction times, and we would end up only as fast as we can jump away.

However, if any of you know computers, would it be possible to create a computer/handheld tablet or such, to integrate into the mask of the suit, that would calculate the probability of you getting shot, stabbed, punched etc. from the information available, (Such as files on the person pointing the gun at you, how dodgy the area you're in is, the gunperson's heart rate, etc.) and plot an optimal escape route if one was needed?

I'm not that good with computers, so it was just a suggestion.
Forgive me, I'm only 14.

here is a crazy idea, what if you boost the electric signals in your brain and adjust them so your perceptions and reaction time are quicker.

Just like intense study of meditation can give you greater control over your body and ablilities like control over your adrenal glands, you can maximize your perception and reaction time without all that bulky, expensive technology.

Also my dad (who studied kung-fu for about 20 yrs.) knows this master who, just by looking at the muscles in your hand, even from far away, can see if you're going to shoot. Using that, and the adrenal control like you suggested, that could be very useful.

And another key thing. A lot of studies into quantum mechanics are going on. And in some of those tests, information has either been sent from the present to the past or future. In one test, there were two particles "entangled". One sent a signal and the other received it a fraction of a second before it was sent. This may be all the time Spider-Man needs (probably not, but just go with it). I know it may not be practical, but who knows, if we're able to make web fluid, may be possible too!
