At night when I'm asleep sometimes Spiders crawl in through my window and bite me.:csad: Instead of getting powers my arm just swells, it's very painful.

Close your window. Make a warm compress with some epsom salt, right as rain. :o

That's because you haven't doused them in radiation. If it were as easy as being bitten I'd probably be something that crawled right out of "The Fly" by now. :cmad:

I guess you see spidey every night, eh?

I threw on some old Birkenstocks of mine that had been in my closet for a long time a few years back...luckily I wore socks with them, but hiding in one of the buckles was a vicious looking spider that bit me a little above the big toe while I was driving on the freeway I slammed on the breaks to stomp on my foot as soon as I felt the sting...almost got into an accident because of it...pulled over on the shoulder and looked at my foot...and the smashed spider stuck to my sock...the bite itched like nothing I've ever experienced for weeks! Like...just when I thought it was subsiding I would wake up in the middle of the night not even realizing I had been rubbing it with my other foot...one day I itched it to burning sensation levels and broke skin...it got infected...like movie fx picturesque. the bite area expanded from about the size of a quarter to a silver dollar. I Went to the hospital and they told me I contracted a minor staph infection, not even acknowledging my claims of a spider bite anymore, it was besides the fact, but beneath the infected area I know the poison still lurked, it was skin deep...anyway they gave me pills and ointments and finally it went away. But the whole thing lasted about 3 months from the time of the bite. And no powers. :spidey:

Spider bites can be nasty. We always have problems with brown recluse spiders around here- their bites turn into these big gaping wounds as the flesh rots away. :down
