spidey series on dvd, enough Marvel, where's Daredevil?!

I'm so sick of nothing but Spidey and X-men cartoons, now there is going to be a Spidey cartoon series on dvd. Can't they do something with some of their other characters?!

They should make a Daredevil animated movie or series, since they ruined the DD movie, This trime they can make King Pin White, BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT HE IS!!!

And Bullseye can actually wear a costume and not be so f'n cheesy!

It's almost like how DC does nothing but Batman and Superman stuff, but the JL was great and had more out of their other characters, and sure Marvel made some movies with the other heroes but they rushed them and cut them up and ruined them.

It's time for some respect, and no one deserves it more than DD.

DD just isn't that popular for him to get his own cartoon. Its all about making money and spidey and x-men bring home the cheddar.

Yeah. I mean, it would be nice to see a Daredevil cartoon, but I'm not so sure on how appealing it actually would be for it's intended audience. If the show turned out to be simple, "ok. I cant see interest lasting all that long.

Dr.Strange is getting an animated movie so i don't see why Daredevil couldn't get one too.I've read some really great suggestions for an animated series as well.

Someone just needs to have the guts to go and pitch these ideas to the folks at Marvel Studios.

I was thinking of a Daredevil animated series, but if we're talking about a animated movie, then by all means, yes! Didnt know about Antman, but if he's getting an animated movie, 'ol Hornhead definately should.

It doesn't really matter, just as long as DD gets some sort of attention. And atman's getting an actual movie, not an animated one.

If marvel were a band DD would play bass. Spidey being lead guitar/vocals and Wolverine being drums. The bass player always gets the least attention.

I don't know. DD is cool, and it would be cool if he got his own cartoon series, but I just don't think they could make it right. The DD movie wasn't that great, they should have put more work into it.

Well the guy who made it was probably the best choice (the other was Chris Colombus and after watching Colombus butcher Harry Potter and squeek by with a film adaptation of Rent, keep him away from comic book movies other than Fantastic Four, which he could've fit) but the screenplay needed some close examination.

If you watch the director's cut it is pretty darn good. It needs some things cut (like Foggy and Coolio's stand up skit in court, funny but didn't fit and totally inappopriate as the "filler" between the father's death and funeral) such as a few more Kingpin scenes in reshoot would've been nice and in all honesty the love story worked better in the TC with the sex scene than it did without in the DC, where it just feels obligotory.

But the DC is still decent and for the record Collin Farrell as Bullseye was the best part of the whole movie and one of the more memorable comic movie villains to date. I wish they had made a sequel based on Born Again and Final Rights instead of a stupid Elektra movie though. Now no more DD movies.

Oh well.

In the 80's, there were plans to make a DD cartoon. DD would be helped out by his trusty sidekick, Lightning the Super-Dog! These scans came from "Comics Feature" #33, 1985.
