In the 2003 and Fast Forward versions, Splinter is voiced by Darren Dunstan In Poland, Adam Baumam provides Splinter's voice.

In the Japanese Version he is voiced by Shoto Kashii.

I heard Kevin Clash was having a few voice problems, so he had to hand over some of his characters to other actors. I guess time will tell if Splinter winds up among them.
