What happens in the sacrifice storyline that makes Batman and Superman fight? How many times have they had it out in the current continuity?

Superman is under the influence of Max Lord and is made to think that Batman is Doomsday.


Your 2nd question I assume is how many times they've fought? There was once in Hush, the one in Sacrifice, and once in I think it was Lex Luthor: Man of Steel. (though I'm not sure if that's in continuity)

In Superman Annual #3 (1991) which was part of the 2001 Armageddon Cross Over, Batman and Robin face off against Superman with someone dying. How does this all out?

hahahahah. i love the "prep time" excuse we batfans always seem to give. the simple fact is, if it's batman's book- he's gonna win. in superman's book- supes is always gonna come out on top.

Superman - Kryptonian who has the ability to move planets, fly, go much faster than a speeding bullet, heat vision, breath that can freeze and create hurricane force winds, invulnerability, and a s**tload of other powers.

HOW THE F**K CAN BATMAN EVENLY FIGHT SUPERMAN WITHOUT A LOT OF PREP!!!

Even with a lot of prep, a mere human like Batman would still get their ass kicked....HARD.
