SPOILER WARNING, this thread has SPOILERS!

Probably not my favorite but I can't forget the scene where he's talking to Donald Glover in "interrogation mode". That was so damn funny.

Karen telling him to kiss Liz. There's so much great but that just really broke me.

And Toomes opening the door. The following 10-15 minutes were freaking fantastic.

Hearing the classic Spider-man theme over the Marvel Studios logo brought a tear to my eye. He hadn't been in the line-up in the logo in previous movies, so I'm hoping they keep that shot of him with the shield in for the future movies.

Peter saving Toomes

Peter turning down Tony's offer

I love the scenes where we're with Spidey and there's no action, he's just hanging about on a roof or in a storage locker waiting/looking for his moment. It made me feel so connected with him - actually gave us time to get to know him rather than just seeing him turn up for a superhero action scene.

The car scene.
The rubble scene broke my heart.

Peter turning down Tony's offer was excellent. I got angry almost immediately upon seeing the Iron Spider outfit (which, I'm sorry, did not look good) but loved how Peter rejected all that to remain the friendly neighborhood Spider-man. Happy's comment "Told ya he's a good kid" was a perfect cherry on top of that scene.

trying to step into classic kiss scene but utterly failling miseraly. lol

i love whole parker's luck passive skill that this movie nailed it.

When he's trapped ubder the rubble and is completely helpless for a moment. That was an incredibly dark and humbling moment, and Holland sold it 100%. That kid's a freaking legend.

Great scenes. There's a lot to love about the movie. I'd add Peter coming home after the ferry fiasco. Marisa Tomei was much more than just a pretty face.

EDIT: I've got to gush about Peter saving Toomes. I just love superheroes who are kind enough to protect even the baddies. In this case Peter seriously compromised his identity, but did he care? No, he cared about a human life. What a man. It felt so good to see Vulture, alive and well, webbed up and waiting for the police. 6th Spider-Man movie and this is the first time that we see such classic imagery? Wow.

The car scene with Toomes.

The scene in the rubble where we see the reflection in the water.

The scene in the sandwich shop

The mid credits scene

The scene where he's stuck in the storage facility

Agreed, having Peter go out of his way to SAVE the bad guy's life was an awesome touch...AND it separates him from the rest of the heroes in the MCU, cause Tony definitely would have let that guy blow up.

1.The scene where Peter is trapped
It's a great nod to a comic book panel, it's extremely emotional and well acted and serves as an intro to Peter realizing he is his own man in contrast to the beginning of the movie

2.The car scene, especially the part after Liz leaves
From the moment Toomes opened the door to the one where Peter got out of the car, I was on the edge of my seat. This is why we needed Keaton to do this movie. It was a nice twist, it was intense and it kinda made me understand Vulture's motive better. The pure horror on Peter's face when he realized that "the bad guy" is actually just a regular guy, someone's dad and husband just goes to show how young and innocent he is.

3.The rejection scene at the end of the movie
I don't really get all the hate for this. It rounded the progress Peter has been making through the movie, realizing he's better than just being someone's assistant and that being an Avenger, while a nice side job, isn't something he wants to do. He wants to help the people that are, and I quite Stark, "below Avengers pay grade". And what better moment to say no than while standing in a brand new Avengers HQ, looking at a new suit (which honestly did have "let's make something just for this scene because Peter will throw it away, don't try too hard" written all over it) and having a press conference just for you, a new team member.

I really liked the opening scene. The video Peter was filming by himself.

On that note, "instant death mode" and Peter's reaction to it was a great example of their difference. And also hilarious.

The interrogation scene with Donald Glover, anything with Karen and Ned getting caught in the computer lab at the end.

I'm on only a few hours of sleep after coming out of theater from such a high. I can't wait to see it again tonight. My favorites...

"A film by Peter Parker"

Peter's daily crime-fighting activities.

Everything in Washington D.C.

Detention with Cap :funny:

The "enhanced" interrogation scene

The ferry rescue. While I liked the scene I wish I hadn't seen that clip last week because I still had the temp music in my head and it just brought into focus how much the musical score for this movie was such a letdown.

May helping Peter getting ready for the dance

The Toomes' reveal - I felt Peter's dread, especially as Liz kept running her mouth in the car and Toomes connected the dots. I also felt bad for Peter because he finally got the girl after screwing up throughout the movie was going to have to disappoint her again.

Peter being trapped under the rubble. Great acting from Holland in that scene.

Peter turning down Tony's offer which got a sigh of relief from me.

"What the f***" :funny:

The post credit scene.

One scene I really really hated was the selfie/snapchat montage at the beginning. That had me cringing...seemed like something that would happen in TASM3. Also it was the only time in the film where I felt they were really overdoing the "Hey look! Spider-Man is in the MCU now!"

The final insult was a continuity error. Just watched Civil War a few hours before seeing Homecoming and Stark should have had one hell of a black eye in that limo.

Anyway, scenes I loved? Almost everything else!

2 scenes that keep popping up in my head are
- The scene where he's in the storage facility
- The scene where Vulture's wings are about to explode and Peter is trying to save him

Easily the recreation of this:

- Peter's day as Spider-Man.
- Dinner with Aunt May.
- Peter meets Liz's family and the following car scene.
- "I was watching... porn".
- The Spider-Man #33 recreation.
- The break-up with Liz.
- The first post-credit scene.

What about Spider-Man's reaction to Giant-Man? That was an even bigger error.

Hands down my favorite scene!

Also thiught the Toomes/Peter car conversation was well-done. The last couple minutes of the film were really great as well.

When he was stuck in the Damage Control storage. I liked when he was wearing the jacket with the suit, the colors pop and it shows the blend of lives.
