The steel spider in thunderbolts isn't "new" either. Ollie Osnick has been around since the early to mid 200's of Amazing Spider-man, first appearing as a junior Doctor Octopus. He's also a great hero and one of Spider-girl's inspirations in MC2.

That's not entirely accurate. The Weapon Plus program is an ongoing super soldier program with Captain America being number one and Wolverine being number ten. Weapon X was the stage of the program that did alot of testing on mutants, and was the stage that Wolverine was apart of. The X stands for ten.

15. The last Quasar was unique in having the sort of mindset that allowed using the Quantum Bands w/o them killing you. Apparently (based on the series) you had to not have a blood thirsty bone in your body.
