Harry Callahan saves the children from Scorpio after he hijacked the bus he followed suit. Scorpio takes a young boy hostage who was fishing. Scorpio orders Harry to drop the gun not before lifting up and blasting Scorpio in his arm. Harry walks over to Scorpio and gives him the "Do you feel lucky speech" Harry can barely speak clearly with all the anger and hatred built up inside of him, egging Scorpio to reach for his weapon. Harry gets his wish, afterwards he throws his badge in the water and walks away.

Popeye pushes himself to his physical limits, running after Chanier on foot. Chanier once again almost escapes. Popeye trusts his gut and pursues a sailing ship in the harbor. While running along the shore. Popeye pulls his snub nose revolver yelling "Chanier!" Chanier turns and gets shot. Cut to credits
