Sports and jobs?

Does any one have a sports related job?
I don't know what in the heck to do when it comes to jobs and trying to get out on my own and such! I really wish I could get a job doing something sports related because I love sports and know more about sports then like 80% of people especially basketball. But I have no idea how I would get into something like that or how I would go about it or how much collage would cost or how long it would take. But I am tried of felling like my life is going no where and felling lost and helpless and not know what to do. I hate having to think about the future and how I am going to get out on my own and how it cost so much money.

I am tried of felling like I miss school because I miss not having to worry or think about money and the future. At the same time even though I don't know how I would get into something with sports its not like I am having luck trying to get a normal job either has I have been trying to find something new for like 3 years and 2 months with no luck and its getting really old being told we are not highering or come back latter over and over again and I don't even no where to try to applie at any more plus some many jobs don't even pay enough has while

Wow how long did you go that for and how long did it take you to get to that point? Why did you not stay doing that? How did you get to that point? Did you take certain classes? Like just what was the prosess that you went threw to get to that point? I am just so scared about all of this because I fell like I have not really enjoyed my life since like school days and I have now been out of high school for 8 years and it just fells like the last 8 years have just been a waste of time. I am scared to go to school to because I know school can cost a lot of money and I don't want to be one of these people that ends up going to school and owns a lot of money and cant find a job in that field and ends up getting a job that is only slightly better and has to spend like there whole life paying off school and even gets in some big det because of the school.

My brother was an assistant to the marketing director at my local team before leaving to work with that guy's recommendation to become assistant marketing director to an even bigger team.

While right now I am working at a grocer store full time but really want to get out of there and like the only thing I real no is sports. I wish I could be a profession athlect but I don't have the skill or the athleticism but even doing something like broadcasting or making articles for news papers or magazine or something would be cool. What about school when he did the local team? Did he have any collage at that time?

Well I took marketing/sports marketing courses in college and majored in Business admin with a marketing concentration... i was a college athlete so I already had sports connections... but its just about applying and even volunteering. I worked there for about 2 years and well a better opportunity came along paying a lot more, so i left. I miss the sports atmosphere, but money is money.

Definitely start to volunteer though. It might suck at first but it gets you 'in'.

oh and also... look into sports franchises that aren't the big time... minor league teams, colleges, even high schools. you have to start somewhere. I started with my college then got into the WNBA a bit then went with the Hawks. It's a road to walk, but if you want it...

Oh ok yeah I never really played on teams other then little league when I was young and a reck basketball team but I just love sports. Like 80% of the time I am watching tv I am watching sports and I play sport video games to even though I do like some other games. How long did you go to collage for marketing/sports marketing courses in collage for? Did you start at a community collage?
Any surjections for web sits to look at for stuff like internship or volunteering? Even doing something like sports statistics would be cool if I could some how get into that. Heck I can name from like 2015 all the way back to like 1991 ever NBA championship team for those years lol.

Have you thought about volunteering to get up close and network? You could also maybe consider helping out with your local Special Olympics, if there is one.

I just booked marked that site will look at it later but when it comes to volunteering and networking I am not sure I would do that at. I just have always loved sports and I am good with numbers so I thought maybe something with sports and stats would be good or even if I just got some sort of collage it would help me to get a normal job because I am tried of hear no no no all they time with jobs and it is just hard to stay motivated when you just keep hear no no come back latter type of things all the time. I am not sure if I have a place for special Olympics or not live in a small town of about 12000 people.
