I thought this would be a good topic among sports fans.

So what future records do you think will be broken?

Every NFL passing record now will be broken in a decade. That is a fact.

A-Rod will break the all time HR record under a huge amount of scrutiny.

A-Rod will get to 800 before his career is done. It's too bad he took PED's.

I'm not so sure, the guy is going to continue to decline and he's turning 37 soon. Lets say he ends this year at 650 HR, yea I know thats kind of low. Then he would have to average 30 HR for the rest of his contract to hit 800. I can't just can't see him remaining healthy enough to do that.

Didn't realize he was 36. I thought he was around 34.

His HR have been fading through the years. So I guess you're right about him not reaching 800.

He's also got 5 more years left on his deal so he'll be playing until he's 42. He's still got a shot but there will never be a 40+ HR season again.

At this rate he will have to hit at least 25 HR a year to tie Bonds.

After the Olympics the 100M dash will henceforth be known as The Bolt. The 200M will be The Double Bolt.

I think Jeter can get awfully close to Pete Rose's all time hits record. Rose played til he was 45 and Jeter is 37 going on 38 this year.
