This happened last night. One of my best friends was in attendance working as a security guard. He's okay, but he's really messed up from seeing this. One of his co-workers was killed.

Be warned, it's intense:

A 7-year old girl lost an arm, 5 were killed, and 40 more were severely injured. The death toll is expected to rise.

The great thing is that people immediately turned around to help. Kudos to the people of Indiana for their bravery.

Oh my god. My respect goes to all those who were injured or killed in this terrible accident.

Thats just insane. My thoughts goes out to all the victims.

The thing that kind of calms me down is the fact that the people of Indianapolis could've kept running away, and yet they chose to turn around to help others. They were literally risking their lives in 60mph winds. My friend called me last night completely shaken up, and it shook me up too just listening to his voice. The video itself is probably the most horrific thing I've ever seen, so I can't imagine actually standing in the middle of it.

The horrific thing about that video is that you see people getting crushed. I don't know what they were thinking in their last moments. Thats a horrible sight.

It all happens so fast, I wonder if anyone was thinking anything. The people screaming in the stands, however... I can't imagining witnessing that in real time, with my own eyes, and actually seeing people running for their lives. It's bad enough seeing it on video. I watched it one time and it literally almost gave me an anxiety attack.

It's only 5 confirmed dead as of last night, but the video tells otherwise. I wouldn't be surprised if after more confirmation comes in, the death toll is in the teens. Just a sad, sad tragedy.

Accoring to AP, 45 people wer taken to hospitals, with 12 remaining overnight. Doubt it will reach the teens.

Perhaps next time they'll make the stage a little smaller and pay attention to weather forecasts.

:whatever:

Wow. That's horrible. I don't think I can watch that again.

That's one of the most horrific things i've ever seen caught on camera...
