So I've started a huge project. A lifesize Spideman mannequin covered in stained glass
Mosaic

In order to get the mannequin to be in a Spider-Man position, I had to cut it up a bit and put it back together.

It’s going very slow. I have attached the body pieces using screws and very strong adhesive. I have drilled holes in part of the mannequin and affixed bolt screws for hanging the sculpture to any structure

In order to smooth out the edges and fill in the gaps, I had to use spray foam and then cut off the excess.
