I think its partially the Enterprise itself. For at least a certain generation of people, its a symbol and character in its own right. That's a very powerful tool when making a trailer.

I only recently saw Nemesis for the first time. That movie deserves a bit more respect honestly, it’s not perfect like any movie but there’s several good points

the battle of the Enterprise E and the Scimitar in Nemesis is epic especially when they ram the E into it!

Yeah see that’s awesome. I wish we could get back to that era of the big budget blockbuster movie. Like with casts other than the TOS cast
