Yeah there is loads of time yet for the film so it doesn't make a lot of sense. About the only reason I could think of for them to delay a film that won't be out for 3-3.5 years would be that they have already picked someone but they have scheduling commitments.

Yeah why would the film be delayed when it was nowhere near coming out in the first place?

Perhaps though we'll likely never know the true answer. From one of the articles I read, they were only able to do about 3 days worth of reshooting because everyone's schedules were so packed and having gone through production before, I don't feel there'd be enough time to significantly change the film with only 3 days on a few film this big. But we'll never know. An often told story in Hollywood is that when Reservoir Dogs was being made, Tarantino's first couple cuts were awful. It was the editors and producers that stepped in, took it over, and delivered the movie we all know and love. He earned his seat at the table eventually but no one will ever publicly come out and confirm it

Its a lot more than three days, three days was just the most recent round of reshoots, but they have been going on since January. And considering Trank has been locked out of editing, the studio has spent millions trying to fix things, and the Writer/Producer got him fired from the Star Wars job (after getting him the job in the first place) and never wants to work with him again, I don't think Trank is going to walk out of this as a new Tarantino.

Agreed about Trank and Tarantino. There's a big difference between needing input but remaining a professional, and a guy being either too young or just completely wrong for the director's chair. From the way things seem to be shaking out this week, it seems like the latter for Trank. I would know because my inherent nature is to be the same way. When I'm in over my head, or when a curveball gets thrown at me, I want to stick my head in the sand and pretend it doesn't exist, which is how Trank reportedly is. I have had to really train myself to be more extroverted and deal with things as I've grown up. Sounds like Trank needs to still do a lot of that.

I thought Attack of the Clones was Fett's origin story?

I hope they get the actors back, if they pull something like Fett is a title than anyone can have then i will be totally pissed. His name is freaking Bobba Fett , the actor that played him should play him again, with better script and direction i see no problem in this, and worse case scenario get a NZ like manu bennet or something like that, don't switch the race up please

Its a nightmare I had one time about Anakin being a whiny teenager and his girlfriend being a bland senator, and their flirting about sand and ****.

Also it had Yoda jumping around an old geezer like a deranged hyperactive monkey

I think it was something I ate that night.

    Nah, it's Boba Fett. :p

Anyway, I'm fairly ambivalent. I've never been a huge fan of the character.

jajajaj ah crap i cant believe i missed that one. Yeah ATOC was my least favorite prequel , that romance really drags the movie down badly but the parts on Kamino and the Fetts are cool, and those seismic charges are sweet.

I wasn't a huge fan but after seeing the clone wars you can see many layers in Boba and his relation with cad bane and other Bounty Hunters, i think there is good place for a story

Boba Fett worked as a character when you didn't know much about him. Too late for me to care, he's been tainted enough as it is.

Can you tell brother Darth that I apologize for not caring for his favorite Star Wars character?

He can get back at me by saying Superman is a crappy character?

Unlike you, my brother and I have respect. :o

And I said second. Old Ben is his favorite. :yay:

Plus, he loves Superman. He is a Batman fan who wants Superman to stomp him some Batman in BvS. :chd:

lol It will be our little secret.

Is there any more info besides the photo?

I liked the group photo. BvS and Civil War are my most anticipated comicbook movies of 2016 but I'm currently looking forward to SS. I think it could be fun.
