Welcome to the Star Wars RPG!

Set 10 years after the events of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, the Star Wars RPG allows the player to immerse themselves within the Star Wars Galaxy! Either create your own character or take existing ones from the movies and novels!

Rules:

- Stick within continuity as best you can. The people who died in previous films/novels stay dead. The people who arent born yet arent born yet. Common sense stuff.

- No killing PC'ed characters unless already worked out between all players involved. Nameless NPCs can be killed at will. Especially Ewoks... and Gungans... and Imperial Officers if your Vader.

- No Time travel.

- Have fun! It's Star Wars!

- Try to post at least once every two weeks, I know life can be demanding but an RP relies on its players!

Name of Character you would like to play: Fi (RC-8015);

Age of Character (If not known Estimate): Well he's around twenty-something two years before Episode III. So thats 24-ish by Episode III. It makes him around 30 by the this time.

Race and Location: Male, Human Clone. He's currently with the remenants of his squad, touring the galaxy in a busted up old ship.

Allegiance (Eg. Rebel, Imperial, Neutral.): Currently neutral, soon to be drafted to the Rebellion.

Brief background and summary of your chosen character: The Clone commandos, also known as a Republic Commandos, are elite Special Forces soldiers of the Grand Army of the Republic. They are trained in sets of four, by members of Jango Fetts old squads, in this case Kal Skirata. Fi's brothers were killed during the battle of Geonosis, and he was grouped with other lone survivors of squads as his new team. After a number of successful missions, Order 66 was activated. Due to the independance needed to be a Commando, they had been exempt from Order 66. As soon as the order was given, they were attacked by their brothers along with the Jedi generals. Kal Skirata gathered as many Commandos as were left, and vowed to keep them safe from the Empire that had betrayed them.

Fi jumped the short distance between the platforms, and his behind a crate. What the hell was this Order 66 thing? As soon as it had come up on his HUD, the troopers, his brothers, had gone crazy and started shooting at him and the rest of the squad. They'd run, not daring to shoot their own men, and tried to head for the ship.

But someone had been ahead of them, and the launch bay had been sealed by some heavy bulkheads that Niner hadn't been able to cut through. He looked up and saw Atin running after him, chased by other clones. Normal blaster fire wouldn't do much to Katarn armour, but with the right ordanance, they were dead men. Atin jumped...and a missile hit him square between the shoulder blades. He fell.

"ATIN!" Fi screamed.

Race and Location: Human, Cyborg. Currently aboard the 'Executor' Star Destroyer

Brief background and summary of your chosen character: Anakin Skywalker was a slave boy on Tatooine who was taken to be trained by Jedi, years into his Jedi training things went horribly wrong and, fearing the death of his wife Senator Padme Amidala, he turned to the Dark Side. During a confrontation with his old Master Obi-Wan Kenobi Skywalker was critically injured and was placed inside a life-preservation suit by Emperor Palpatine, his new master AKA Darth Sidious. He now acts as the Emporer's General and the face of the Empire.

1. The most Iconic villain in move history

2. His story is tradgic, I like tradgic

3. It's Darth frickin Vader, why else?

The silence of space enveloped the bridge of the Star Destroyer Executor. The regular beeps and whistles and the hum of the giant engines, but nothing major. The Officers fiddled with switched, monitoring screens filled with information and status reports. The relative silence and calm was interrupted by the now ominous and unnerving sound of breathing...

With a 'pshhhh' noise the doors opened and in walked the near 7 foot behemoth known to the Galaxy as Darth Vader. Imposing and Intimidating no longer come close to describing the presence of the Dark Lord of the Sith.

The crew take a collective gulp as he approaches the giant view ports at the forefront of the bridge. "Well Admiral?" Vader's voice resonated inside the very being of the commander of the Star Destroyer.

"No news as of yet my Lord. It could take several hours to establish a link."

Vader looked at the man in silence for a moment, the rhythmic breathing never skipping a beat. "Double your efforts, I want communication equipment up within the hour."

Race and Location: Clone, Human. Kamino.

Allegiance (Eg. Rebel, Imperial, Neutral.): Imperial

Brief background and summary of your chosen character: Bacara has been a member of the Clone army since it began. He rose through the ranks, and like the Republic, evolved as a fighter and commander.

After the execution of the jedi in Order 66, Bacara and his unit returned to Coruscant, and was immediately assigned on a new mission. Bacara and his unit were to be Special officers aboard a new project codenamed: Deathstar.

After a few years of assingment on the project, he was sent to Felucia to answer a distress becom from Commander Bly. Upon arrival, Bacara found no signs of Clone activity. As he and his men stayed there, their job soon become search and rescue. Soon enough, they found Bly and his platoon completely wiped out.

It wasn't much long after this discovery, that Bacara found the culprits. They were a small rebellion, who had stolen CIS droids from a special warehouse on a distant planet. Bacara and his men fought these rebels, but it was a mission he could not win. On Bacara's charge at the rebel base, he was ambushed by the droids and rebel officers. His unit was taking heavy losses, and he only had seconds left to live. In a last ditch effort, he aimed for a thermal detonator pack on one of his men, and shot it. The explosion killed everything in the area, except him.

Bacara sent out another distress call, and a week later, he was rescued. Now, he in under investigation of the Imperial senate, as to what happened on Felucia.

All the years I spent training on Kamino. All the days I lived, fighting. Killing. Upholding all that I believed in. In the blink of an eye, they could be taken from me. My honor stipped from my name. But the really sad part of this, is not that I am in this situation. It's that I put myself here. I'm guilty. Guilty of murder. Guilty of desertion. Guilty of it all.

"Clone Commander, Bacara. Unit CC-1138. You stand accussed of treason against the Empire." The old man says sternly. "How do you plee?"

My throat becomes dry. I look to my sides and watch all the faces of the members of the senate. Three years ago, I was a hero. They looked at me with faces of joy, happiness, and pride. Now, I see only disgust and hate on their faces. To them, I'm just another rogue. A clone gone bad. I take a deep breath, and look up at the judge.

"I plee..." I hesiatate. I take another deep breath, and get control of myself. "I pleed guilty."

Name of Character you would like to play: Obi-Wan Kenobi

Age of Character (If not known Estimate): Early to mid thirties

Race and Location: Human; based on Tatooine

Allegiance (Eg. Rebel, Imperial, Neutral): Due to his role as a protector and overseer of the child Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan maintains a neutral stance; however, he silently supports and admires the Rebellion's uprising.

Brief background and summary of your chosen character: The apprentice of Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan disapproved of his master's recruitment of young Anakin Skywalker on Tatooine. After the fateful duel with Darth Maul on Naboo, though, Obi-Wan found himself obligated to train the boy. Their partnership was close and became somewhat legendary amongst the other Jedi for its unorthodox nature; a rivalry developed between them, though, culminating in Anakin's manipulation to the Dark Side by Palpatine. Engaging Anakin in battle on Mustafar after Order 66 was declared, Obi-Wan bested his former ally and drove him into the lava. He then fled with the critically wounded Padme Amidala, witnessing the birth of her twin children and her death. Yoda presented Obi-Wan with the boy, Luke, with a mission to protect and guard him - as the last hope of the galaxy...

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:

1. As one of the two canonically surviving Jedi in this time period, Obi-Wan is the most able and has an intriguing character/story to explore. His mission to guard Luke doesn't bind him to Tatooine, so he's free to roam the galaxy (within certain limits of course).

2. Just because Luke's upbringing was relatively quiet and uneventful for the Lars, it doesn't mean that it was so for Obi-Wan. There's a lot of room for storylines here - who or what might have tried to reach baby Luke? What did Obi-Wan sacrifice to stop them? How far did he go to protect the child?

3. He has great ties and connections to other characters. Unfortunately, he cannot meet with Vader or Palpatine for continuity reasons, but who's to say he didn't encounter any clones? Or maybe even a teenage Lando? Expect the unexpected...

"Tusken Raiders."

The two words were accentuated by a muted irritation, yet heavy with weariness. Obi-Wan Kenobi peered eagerly through a battered set of macrobinoculars, observing the grimly-robed figures as they marched towards the Lars homestead. The Tatooine night was bitterly cool, a stark contrast to the intense heat of the day; in his first few months of inhabiting the desert planet in his small ramshackle hut, the sharp temperature variations had wreaked havoc with him. However, after several years now spent on the globe, he had become somewhat accustomed to them. Rising slowly, he raised his hood and allowed his eyes to flutter closed. Over a hundred metres ahead, he heard the startled cries of the Raiders as they were alerted to his presence. Gathering the energy of the very air around him into his body, he felt the Force coalesce warmly into his knees as he fell into a crouch...and then launched himself upwards, propelling his robed form towards the small Tusken part.

He twisted himself into an awkward spin, snapping his leg outwards. His booted foot clipped a Raider's jaw, sending him sprawling. A second lunged for Obi-Wan with his staff, but the Jedi slipped aside with ease and Force-tossed his attacker away with ease. The small throng scattered, their primitive tactics setting in as they surrounded their opponent. Obi-Wan could sense their fear, their confusion; far behind the combatants, the Lars homestead began to stir. If the young Luke rose and stumbled into the impromptu battlefield...Obi-Wan shook his head as if to physically dscard the thoughts, and hurled himself back into the fray. Finish this quickly and quietly. The child must be protected. Casting out his hand, he called one of the fallen Tusken's weapon to his hand, and slipped into a defensive position. The metallic material felt cold against his palm, but he ignored the discomfort and charged forward, parrying the untrained blows that rained down upon him with simple manoeuvres.

In the distance, a small yellow-white light flashed on. The Lars were awake - and, no doubt, readying themselves to investigate the disturbance.

"This -" - he dealt a forceful blow to one's head - "- ends -" an upwards strike that felled two - "now." He completed the flurry of movements with an open palm that slammed firmly against the final Sand Person's nose. Then, he fell back into the crags of the night.

From the homestead, two male figures emerged.

"What was it, Pa?" Luke Skywalker asked quietly.

Owen Lars scanned the horizon, before turning and ushering his young companion back into the small building. "I don't know, Luke. But I bet it was nothing to worry about..."

By the Way Apprentice, seen as the films haven't happened yet, the cut off point for the continuity would be Ep III, so you COULD have A Vader/Ben face-off if you desired.
