Simon Cooke

Today's.

From Image's Sex.

"Simon Cooke has retired from his own "alternative lifestyle" and returned to the city he'd previously sworn to protect. Now he's just another average citizen -- or is he? The term "adult" has never been so appropriate as it is when it applies to SEX."

That sounds interesting as hell.

I'm gonna buy the first few issues and get back to you with a more.....indepth character study. :o

Edit** Pfft, apparently it's not for sale on Comixology. WTF dude! :argh:

Yeah, it definitely looks interesting. I'll probably give it a try, but I have a huge list of other books to get through first so it'll be a while.

Hey! While we're in Image-Land, you know what I'm really looking forward to checking out?

Fabian Gray

A vengeful guy with swords, putting on Bucky and Ghost Rider II style jacket, and has a Spider wiht Punisher-lite logo on it....
Looks cool

Totally.

A treasure hunter who can channel Merlin, Robin Hood, Sherlock Holmes, Miyamoto Musashi, and Dracula at will?

I could be totally wrong, but that's five awesome books for the price of one right there.
I like the art aswell, which always helps...

When I'm done with the number of comics I'm willing to sit through these days, I will hopefully give this a shot

I have 910 issues in total to sit through

Wait, you have 910 comics to read? Wow.

Of one book or lots of different ones?

I sat through a few thousands before that since 2006

I have early Punisher (up until the arc of Micro's death)
A bunch of Ninja Turtles comics from Mirage
Superman stories in before CoiE Superman
Action Comics from the same era
A big number of Legends of the Dark Knight (specials and annuals included)
Green Arrow comics (Lantern and Arrow included)
And the last 3 issues of Ultimate Iron Man

Nice. And I thought my list was big. You'll be years reading those. :o

Right now?

Well, I have about a year or two's worth of the Green Lantern, Fables, The Walking Dead and Invincible books to catch up on.
Then there's the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: Century trilogy. Oh, and I have to finish Ex Machina, All Star Superman, Casanova, and Star Man.

And then I have a Manga called Uzumaki, which a friend of mine insists I read.

And THEN there's all the novels amassing on my nightstand. Yep, I'm a busy booknerd these days.

I suggest you read Uzumaki before everything else in your list
Manga is lighter to read, and from whaat I'm seeing about that series right now, it's 19 chapters, and a special

Nick Fury's mistress?? Anyway, she looks a lot like Batgirl & Catwoman, however, never heard of her.

From Comic Vine:

Miss Fury is one of the earliest female heroes in the pulp era, featured prominently from 1941 to 1952. Created, written and drawn by June Tarpe Mills, one of the few women in the business at the time. Miss Fury was the inspiration for Marvel's Hellcat.

But, yeah, Dynamite are in charge of the character now. I think she's tied into that "Masks" thing they're doing.

Quite interesting as usual Wes. I never figured she'd be a character from the Golden Age & it's weird that she goes around with no visible footwear. LOL

That Fabian Grey dude looks kinda cool.

I may check that out.

That other chick, that's one of them Dynamite Golden Age characters they revamped?

Heh i have no idea, but that she kicked that &^%$ing Nazi in the jaw is cool! can never go wrong with that!:cwink:
