Well the whole thing with people like emi or robert from iesb is yes they have been right on things before and wrong on some things these things happen some times. With jla news we have seen things say one thing and then something else happen. Almost every site with news on jla have been wrong from time to time. And as the whole thing with emi and her husband what the are trying to do is appeal to the sigel family to produce a supes film. Could it happen probably not, its a nice idea but who knows what will go down. As with MOS that is not going any were right now and doubtful singer will get a sequel at all. We just dont know at this time.

In regards to Emi and her husband, I think they officially "jumped the shark" for me with trying to get the rights to a Superman movie. I mean they are serious and act like it's really going to happen. At this point it became very evident something was off, at least to me.

For those who still have doubts, here's a post from Emi's husband that proves they live in their own FairyTalesLand. In response to someone asking him what he does for a living:

At the moment, I'm writing for a few websites and polishing a few scripts I've done while still trying to build my company. It's not a quick process. If we can obtain rights to a big name project, like Superman, it would happen much quicker because investors would jump right in.

Since I decided to venture out on my own, I'm the decision maker. Should we acquire a film, (using Transformers as an example) I would seek out a producer such as Spielberg and a director such as Bay. I would maintain final say in everything. We would never hand "total creative control" to anyone no matter how big their resume is. I don't believe in risking that much money without having the final word on how it's spent nor do I believe in making anything specifically for the "general audience" unless it is a fresh new concept and not based on something such as a comic or video game.

My work ethic and belief on how things should be done doesn't fit with traditional Hollywood. In other words, I'm not greedy and actually care about what my name is associated with.

...Get the rights to Superman...

:huh::huh::huh::huh::huh::huh:

No, it's cool though. They'd just get Spielberg to produce it... yeesh.

wow. If its that easy, lets all just band togeather and get the rights to Superman ourselves.....sheesh.

I guess he'll have to buy the rights from me, but I have M. Night attached to direct.

His response about what he does for a living sealed the deal for me. They were fun for me at first because they were pro JLA and telling me what I wanted to hear. However, if he was such a big time producer, why was he writing for an action figure website? Why not write for Variety, Hollywood Reporter, or even AICN? NO, those sites wouldn't do, "I think I'll write for a no name website because I have such great contacts!" Very interesting.

Maybe we can ask Emi-whats-her-name. I bet she knows.:word:

Who? :p

She's a bit busy at the moment.
She's trying to convince the Siegel family to take the movie rights off the hands of the big conglomerate company who earned 400 million $ with their latest "failed" attempt to bring Superman to the screen, and give them instead to her husband, a 40-year old fan of Dragonball whose latest occupation is as a writer on action-figures for a website , to make a series of movies starring Tom Welling.
And in one of those movies Superman will fight Supreme.
And homosexual pedophiles, too.

LMAO!! That is pretty funny. :pal: :funny:

I am suprised that anybody believed a lot of what is said.

buggs believe in her. He even post some comments she made on her blog on the Siegel's families trying to get money for Superman on the MoS forum. It laughable to read the comments she post. She isn't what she claim to be. :whatever:

And sometime she will get pissed & flame the hell out of me when I questions her on few things she post at Countingdown. Especially when she once claim John Cena would lose his title at Wrestlemania last year for a new movie. That didn't happend. I love how she was so sure Singer won't return & neither will Routh, when so far nothing has imply that is true. She is just saying what she want to. If she was so right, how come WB hasn't say it but she did? Also, why didn't Variety, LA Times, Latino Reviews, IESB, etc. say so too if she did? It just funny she act like she get her info. better than those site. :hehe:

and dammit...WELLING FOR SUPES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over DJ Cotrona, yes. But if an actor like Michael Trucco or Matthew Bomer cam along, then forget Welling.

Trucco would be great for a more adult league (which we all know from Millers remarks about a younger cast and well..WB wont happen) but i think for this movie Welling would be a saving grace

I guess Welling would work best for a younger Justice League. However, I dont like the idea of a young Justice League. The League is supposed to be a group of adults, not the Teen Titans.

I agree. Their blog went from a fun place to go if you wanted to see a JLA movie get off the ground this year to a combination of a weird cult of personality and Singer's Superman Sucks light.

well actually if u look at it they were not really young at all. Common is 35, gale 32, brody 28 or 29, dj 28, and hammer was the only one who would have been the youngest member in the cast at 21. But we dont even know who will be resigned and what roles could end up getting recast if film stays in oz or moves to canada and all that.

Yeah, only good that the cast has an average age of 28,67 years (33,29 if you include Hugh Keays-Byrne), which is pretty far away from being the Teen Titans. :yay:

which is odd when you think about those comments from Miller about actors who could "grow into their roles over a series of movies"
