Thanks for making this. Stevie's the man. A true genius, a great man and a hell of a performer.

These statements are indisputable. I have 5 songs of his on my MP3 & I've just started loading it.

I remember my mom (who LOVES Stevie something fierce!) told me that back in the day, artists would close out their Grammy acceptance speeches by thanking Stevie for not releasing an album that year.

Yeah, Paul SImon did that Becasue Stevie Wonder won Album of the year back to back in 1974 for Innervisions and in 1975 for Fulfillingness' First Finale.

Ironically, Stevie Wonder didn't ealeas and Album in 1976 when Paul Simon won the album of the year, and then the following year Stevie Wonder won for Songs in the Key of Life.

So Paul Simon was prophetic in his joke.

To call Stevie Wonder a musical genuis is an insult. he's beyond music.

Maybe Paul wasn't kidding.
Speaking of Grammys, I just watched it last night. Stevie actually made the Jonas Brothers tolerable-apart from the one who forgot the words to "Superstition". That's an ass-whuppin' offense right there.

Did you all catch his PBS special when he performed at the White House?

I haven't been watching much TV lately, so that would be a no. He's on the radio now...There's something about your love, that makes me weak and knocks me off my feet.... I don't want to bore you with it... He's still got it, saw him in concert last year, total blast.

I saw him at Madison Square Garden in 2007. Easily one of the best performances I've ever seen. Tony Bennett and Prince both came out as guests.

They should bronze his vocal cords after he dies.

A buddy of mine dubbed him "greatest singer of all time".

Sir Duke = Awesome
