this game is awesome. The difficulty really ramps up after the second level (the point at which the demo cuts out)

The online is a lot of fun but there have been problems with getting in to games.

Basically, if you love john woo movies this is a wet dream come true. If you don't like john woo you're not really gonna get much out of this game.

p.s. Max Payne was over-rated. This game is far superior!

Max Payne 3 was being worked on by a non-Remedy developer but the project was scrapped.

Alan Wake isn't an action game.

I'd rather play Max Payne 1 again than Stranglehold. I really don't like the design-logic in this game.

The game looks awful, graphics are poor and gameplay look so dull as if they threw it together to make money off the name.

If you liked the demo, just go for it. Some people just don't like that type of game, or don't like the whole slow motion bullet time thing, but if you found the demo to be entertaining you should at least rent it.

Can you use a ps2 control pad for the pc for this game as I don't want to use the damn keyboard??
