Stupid People Doing Stupid Things Thread - Part 2

I know and I will even tell you that I don't understand ( more or less, lobby etc ) why guns aren't restricted more drastically after all the shooting that occurs in the US.
It's heartless from me but in this case this woman and her son "had it coming" by stalking the guy who they knew was not a peaceful person.
What did they expect by chasing the guy with a gun .....

Guns aren't restricted because guns are 'Murican and if you try to take peoples guns (or if they even think you are for any reason) people will go nuts. Look at the idiots who threaten to shoot people because some bill comes in that might, someday, maybe require a safety test before you can buy a gun.

Alleged Police Brutality Victim Caught on Camera Punching Self in Face

In a video released Tuesday, a California man who accused Oregon police of giving him two black eyes is shown to have beaten himself instead, The Register-Guard reports.

[YT]KXHRpwsM6qI[/YT]

After getting arrested in January on charges of stalking and first-degree sexual abuse, 33-year-old Aleksander Robin Tomaszewski filed an assault complaint against detectives, claiming they had been beaten him.

Unfortunately for Tomaszewski, jail cameras told a different story. From The Oregonian:

The four-minute video shows Tomaszewski pacing as he punches both eyes. He then sits down and resumes pounding his face. The time stamp shown in the video is not adjusted for the time change, [Sheriff's Office spokesperson Carrie] Carver said.

After Tomaszewski was confronted about the recording, he told detectives that he thought the complaint would get him released, Carver said
.

Tomaszewski was subsequently found guilty of initiating a false report and attempted coercion, earning him a $500 fine and 20 days in jail—plenty of time to get back at the guy who roughed him up.

Krispy Kreme Apologizes for Unkool "KKK Wednesdays" Promotion

Krispy Kreme's whimsical spelling has long straddled the line between "friendly Southern grandma" and "racist country grandpa," but this week a UK branch of the donut chain accidentally went full hoods and crosses with an ad promoting "KKK Wednesdays."

Apparently short for "Krispy Kreme Klub Wednesdays," the store responsible for the sign says they didn't realize the initials had already been taken another, more famous KKK, until Facebook fans pointed out the unfortunate similarity.

On Tuesday, Krispy Kreme finally recognized their food-grade screw up, removing the sign and issuing a formal apology:

"Krispy Kreme apologises unreservedly for the inappropriate name of a customer promotion at one of our stores," a spokeswoman for Krispy Kreme told the Guardian.

"This promotion was never intended to cause offence. All material has been withdrawn and an internal investigation is currently underway."

Fortunately, the donut shop hasn't given up on hosting a kool kids' klub.

"We don't have a new name for the event yet," one Kremesman told the Hull Daily Mail, "but it is still going ahead this week."

That is funny as hell and you can't blame them for not being up to date on racist groups in the south of the United States anyway.

Haha what an idiot

This is another reason cops should be wearing cameras while doing their jobs (even though this occured in jail, it still applies). Not only to catch or prevent them from brutalizing the public but to also prove they didn't do it when someone tries to pull a fast one like this.

In a sense this is a good thing. The (original) KKK has become so increasingly irrelevant as to not even be instantly recognized. Unfortunately though this is in the UK where it would be less likely to be known already.

For Halloween that would be awesome. For literally every other day of the year, not so much.

Cop Shoots at Dog, Accidentally Shoots His Boss Instead

A Brooklyn cop trying to shoot at a dog took out a slightly more substantial target—his boss.

According to reports, the officers were responding to reports of a loud argument at an apartment complex Tuesday when an "aggressive pit bull" entered the fray. Via ABC:

The officers were in the hallway when a pit bull mix was let out of one of the apartments. The dog charged at them, according to police, and the officer fired a shot at the dog.

The shot grazed the dog, possibly ricocheted off a wall, and then struck his sergeant in the right foot just below his big toe.

"The dog didn't bite the cop or anything, I don't know why he bust a shot," the woman who owns the dog told ABC. "My friend's thinking it's the person she just had the altercation with so she just flies the door open, it was the cops you know? Like [friend] look through the peephole! You don't just open the door. The dog ran out and I heard a gunshot."

Both the sergeant and the pit bull are expected to survive, but the shooter's career is reportedly on life support.

Something tells me this cops next performance review isn't going to be a good one

Yep, and his superior doesn't have a foot to stand on either.

woman arrested for.... inapprorpiate behavior during 50 shades

From what I heard of this movie, it is very tame and light on the sex so I wonder what exactly got her so... enthused in the first place.

From what I heard of this movie, it is very tame and light on the sex so I wonder what exactly got her so... enthused in the first place.

That steaming hot dialog. Like "I'm gonna bite that lip." Or "I'm gonna f**k you into next week." And my personal favorite, "Roll your eyes at me again and I'm gonna put you over my knee."

As you can tell, I'm a fan. :o That movie was effin' hilarious. :awesome:

I have no intention of seeing it so I can only go on reviews of those who have and most of them seem to point to it being too tame.

Road rage suspect knew victim, husband says

Follow up to the road rage case.

The suspect arrested in the killing of a woman after an apparent road rage incident knew his victim, the woman's husband said Thursday.

Erich Milton Nowsch Jr., 19, will face murder and two other felony charges in the fatal shooting of Tammy Meyers, according to court documents. He also will face one count of attempted murder and one count of the unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle.

Tammy Meyers was shot outside her home on February 12 and died two days later at a hospital. Police said the gunman was in a car with two other people.

Meyers' husband said Thursday the suspect knew where to find the family.

"We know this boy. I couldn't tell you this before," Robert Meyers told reporters. "He knew where I lived. We knew how bad he was, but we didn't know it was this bad. That he'd gotten to this point, and his friends."

Police declined to give an age for the suspect, but said he is older than 18.

Detectives still have at least one more suspect they are seeking in connection with the case, homicide Capt. Chris Tomaino told reporters on Thursday.

Tomaino said Nowsch owned registered firearms.

The arrest came after a tense standoff not far from where the woman was killed last week.

As the standoff unfolded, the victim's husband approached reporters who had gathered in the neighborhood.

"Are you all happy? You made my wife look like an animal ... and my son. There's the animal, a block away. Are you happy?" Robert Meyers screamed.

Earlier Meyers sent a CNN producer a text message, describing what he said happened on the night his wife was shot. She was driving home after giving her daughter a driving lesson.

Police have said Tammy Meyers' daughter reached over and honked at a driver as he sped by. The driver stopped his car in front of the Meyers' car and confronted them.

Robert Meyers also spoke with HLN's Nancy Grace and told her the man threatened to kill his wife and daughter. So Tammy Meyers raced home, dropped her daughter off and summoned her son, Robert Meyers told Grace.

The son, who was armed, got into the car with his mother, and they left the house. Robert Meyers said his son and wife were trying to move the car away from the family home. They didn't want the car to be recognized in front of their home.

But the other car, described as a gray or silver sedan, saw them, according to Robert Meyers.

Robert Meyers texted: "My wife and son drove away from home, bad guys following. She lost them and upon coming home turned on street, bad guys are right in front.

"After that, bad guys open fire different location. My wife got home, told her son to take cover and after he saw his mom shot he opened fire three times maybe four.

"Yes, maybe in a make-up world she should have stayed home. Please remember statement from this animal, 'I'm going to kill you and your daughter.'

"These guys will get away with murder now. No one gets it -- these people came to my home ... my son never shot until then. If it was the way media is pitching it, then why did son not shoot when they turned corner if he was looking to shoot (when) he had his chance?"

Las Vegas detectives two days ago had given a slightly different version of events, saying the mother drove home to pick up her armed son and went back out to look for the suspect and his car.

Student Suspended for Alleged Possession of One Ring to Rule Them All

Texas, the only state winning the battle against magic and children learning things :o
Come to find out this is not true. Shocking, because it's Texas and otherwise believable.

The document makes no mention of terrorist-like threats or J.R.R. Tolkien’s work including "The Hobbit." The fictional ring depicted in the lore grants its wearer the power of invisibility.

Aiden told “another student that he was going to put his rings around his neck and hope he died,” the teacher wrote.

The form also gave Aiden a chance to defend himself.

His classmates “got mad” because he refused to show off the ring to their friends at recess, Aiden wrote.

Well if he is threatening to choke out classmates that's a whole other level of stupid.

Yes, still fits in the stupid people thread. Even a fourth grader should know rings don't fit around your neck like that.

Man Says Needy Girlfriend Tried to Bite His Penis Off

z3qldrdedudz1doh4fut.jpg

A criminally thirsty Tulsa woman was arrested on Thursday after allegedly trying to bite off her boyfriend's penis in his sleep, KOTV reports.

According to police, 31-year-old Amber Ellis and the unnamed victim had been drinking Wednesday night when they started to argue "about how needy she had become." From KJRH:

The couple verbally fought in the apartment until the victim told police Ellis stormed off, slamming the bedroom door.

Police say the victim fell asleep on the couch only to wake up to find Ellis "biting his (penis) off."

The victim told police he fought Ellis off but she hit him in the head with a laptop computer.

After a brief hospital stay and "4-5 stitches at the base of his penis," both the victim and his little victim are okay.

Ellis now faces charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and maiming for the attempted dental de-dicking.
